The woman who helped me was amazing! Her name was Emily and she greeted me immediately when I walked in and shortly after sat patiently with me to determine the best option regarding using my insurance for frames and lenses, or using their current BOGO, depending on which was a better deal for me. She calculated the cost of each to determine which was the lesser cost for the same exact product. She double checked her work and handled my private information appropriately, shredding it immediately after she was done. She was so kind and caring, it was a nice interaction at a business for a change! I've always gotten my glasses there and there is usually a long wait, but I've always been pleased with the product. Thanks, Emily for making yesterday easier! read more

Disorganized and nobody at the front desk. Helped everyone who came in after me first even though I just needed a simple repair.

I went in to pick up my sons glasses, the wait was lengthy and my toddler was already restless, I'd gone back up to the front to ask if I could just pick The glasses up and my son was not with me but had tried them on that morning. There were two associates standing there, one aimlessly walking around doing nothing that seemed helpful, the other woman was with a guest. When I asked about just getting the glasses the girl was very short and rude, she quickly became offended and rude and explained that I was not aware of the 'list' as the tv screen was black and not on. So I wasn't sure where we were in the queue. Anyways she was very aggressive and rude and I don't know if I'd ever go back after that experience. read more

Eyemart Express saved me during a desperate time. My progressive lens glasses were suddenly broken and I needed a replacement ASAP. Other options would take about two weeks. Eyemart Express is the only place nearby that could do my progressive lenses an hour. They had a good selection of glasses and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate. After an hour I had new glasses and for that, I'm thankful! (Note, check ahead of time to see if they can do your prescription in an hour). read more

Was in Eyemart Express a while back and all the frames on the walls were dirty. Every frame I picked up to try on was dirty.I will eventually try again and hope the experience is better. read more

There's nothing Express about Eyemart Express, 5 hours ago promised a text message, still nothing! Came in 2 days ago to get new lenses and bifocals and waited 3 hours. Granted, school had not started yet, so I did expect to have a long wait. Went back and picked up my glasses on Saturday and was told I would have to wait an hour to pick them up. I took them instead, went back to the house and check them and the bifocals aren't working properly. Showed up Monday at 11:02, went and got gas, went to Walmart, went and bought a pair of shoes and socks, and 3 hours later I still don't have a text saying it is my turn. I would recommend going to Walmart Vision Center where you don't have to wait a whole day and make three trips to get glasses. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Eyemart Express in Sherman Town Center. Tracy bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. Jessica lost her voice on the day I was in there. I admire for coming to work and writing notes to customers. When I came back a couple days later, her voice had returned. She told me a customer yelled at her because she did not have a voice. She is a dedicated employee and should be praised for her work ethic. I can't remember who helped me with my selection, but she was nothing but kind. Thank you all. Nancy D. read more

2nd time I been there and customer service was not up to par...basically was told if I didn't buy glasses there They couldn't help me with getting new lenses ...after I had a eye appointment at Patterson Optical. read more

I went in to get my glasses tightened since they were falling off my face. Skylar was very rude to me and was very obviously talking about me to Ethan. When it was my turn to come she very loudly said to Ethan that she wouldn't call me. I was then handed off to Annie who was super sweet and the only reason they are getting more that one star. My glasses unfortunately still feel like they are falling off my face but I had to get out of there. read more

Horrible experience. Glasses didn't fit. Asked for single vision lenses and paid for and got progressive lenses. Makes me sick to wear them.

Bri is amazing!! She was able to quickly diagnosis the problem with my lenses, and help me feel at ease. Thank you Bri.

Such a wonderful experience! Skylar was amazing! She helped me find glasses that fit my style all while trying to help me entertain my cranky one year old! Helped me get three pair of glasses! One thru my insurance for free ( with an upgrade that I paid only $30 for) And two pair of really nice glasses! Can't wait to get them! Thanks eye mart and skylar for the best customer service and affordable glasses! read more

This place is wonderful! Everyone is so friendly! There was a long line when we came in for a missing screw, and we barely had to wait. The kind lady repaired my husband's glasses back to brand new. She replaced several pieces and adjusted them. Great service! Fast and friendly! read more

The people there are nice, but it's worse than going to the DMV. You get a text message saying that your glasses are ready for pick up. When you arrive you still wait about an hour to get seen. read more

Best place in town to go to get your glasses fixed, or buy a new pair. Staff is friendly and understanding, and they have a huge selection.

Recently had a yearly eye exam by Dr. Patterson and I can't say enough good things about him! Also the wait was very short. I'm an RN so very much liked the time he took to explain the results of my exam. Will definitely go back and highly recommend! read more

I walked in Eyemart Express in Sherman on Saturday and left very happy. I ending up spending a little over $70.00 (I did bring in my prescription from another eye doctor) and got 2 pairs of glasses. I left and came back from lunch and the glasses were ready. The glasses are very sharp and I can see great!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend Eyemart Express to all my friends. It was my first visit to this store and was very surprised. I've been wearing glasses and contacts my entire life and this was the best experience I have ever had with this type of business. read more

To whom it concerns: I recently bought my first pair of glasses from EyeMart Express in Sherman, Texas on July11, 2014. The technician who assisted me was Michelle G. The service she provided was excellent. She gave her complete attention to all the necessary details, which took some time and she had the most pleasant personality throughout the process. The care she gave reminded me of the service one used to receive years ago and I will be purchasing more eyewear from EyeMart Express in the future. Thank you EyeMart Express for your reasonable prices and thank you Michelle. Donna Hall read more

My first experience with Eyemart Express was because of an eyeglass repair I needed at the time, it made a future customer out of me. The courtesy, knowledge, promptness, and skill necessary in making the repair could not have been any better. Sincerely, D H Sherman, Texas read more

The tech was not very person oriented. Efficient but slow. No communication with me about what she was doing, just silence. Oh well. Then I went off to Dr Guthrie for the eye exam. I was suffering from double vision. He kept changing the lenses in the machine and I kept saying that I did not see any difference. He kept chuckling, you know that chuckle as if to say "what an idiot". As a paying patient I DO NOT LIKE BEING LAUGHED AT. My wife was going to go there for an exam but we'll go elsewhere now. I have new glasses now with Eyemart, and guess what, still double vision. Pissed away several hundred dollars with these bozos. read more

Had a great experience with these folks, especially the manager - she is great! They have been doing my glasses for years. I have safety glasses from work in addition to a complicated prescription. They have been spot on with the glasses every time. They are the best optical place in Sherman. If you need glasses you will not beat the service and selection. read more
