They have an extensive list of brand named frames ranging from Calvin Klein and Ray Ban to Prada and Fendi. Of course you can also find the non name brand frames which won't break the bank! If you purchase your glasses there, then you get free adjustments which means that every time they loosen up, you walk in and get them tightened and cleaned - something which I have taken full advantage of! I keep my frames for almost 3 years and then switch to a new pair and Lee Optical has and will always be my go-to in McAllen!

This past weekend a little screw fell off and after trying to place it back in at home I decided to call and see if they would be able to help me. Katia answered me and she was very polite over the phone and said I could stop by so they can look into it and see if they would be able to help me. I ended up going the following day and Katie was the one that greeted me. She was able to replace the little screw and even helped me pick out a new pair. Honestly, great customer service and wide variety of glasses. Also, it helps that an optometrist is right next door.

According to the EOB, there should not have been any patient portion on payments. There was supposed to be neither co-pay nor co-insurance. This clinic is separate from Valle Vista Optical nextdoor, despite it appearing on the latter's website. The operation is, most likely, similar to Lenscrafters and their independent optometrists. The receptionists are friendly (so one star for them).
