I have been a patient of Dr. Jensen for a few years and feel that both my wife and I have gotten…read moregood care. However, recently I needed cataract surgery. Dr. Jensen gave me the options and advised me on how to decide what best suited me. I appreciated that he didn't just direct me, but rather helped me decide what was best for me. I had cataract surgery on both eyes and Dr. Jensen did the follow up and eventually prescribed glasses. My outcome was as good as it could possibly be. And by the way, I did not use the first surgeon I met, and Dr. Jensen helped me find another. I thought that was outstanding. I think Dr. Jensen and his staff were actually quite happy for me, that I could see so well after years of visual decline. I think Dr. Jensen is skilled and appreciated that he helped me achieve such a great outcome, and I highly recommend him without reservation.

They go above & beyond with their customer service as well. I had a small problem when the product was delivered and I didn't notice until after the delivery guys had left. I called the store & spoke with a lady named Grace, she told me she would have someone to call me back. Five minutes later, I got a call, which, in my mind, was amazing!! The person that I spoke with said that someone would come out to my house & check out the problem. The manager, and the warehouse manager were at my house in around 10 minutes. Casper, Wyoming is a small town, so it really doesn't take a lot of time to get to any location. They quickly discovered what the problem was & fixed it on the spot. I cannot recommend this people enough. They are ABSOLUTELY GREAT to do business with. If you live in Casper, and are looking for a new mattress, you REALLY should go to Denver Mattress on 2nd Street next to Walmart.
