This is a Covid review!…read more Today I FINALLY got to get my brows done after months of pandemic inactivity. I got in with Jenn today and both Jenn and Tara have the Covid safety practices down! They have chairs outside and a station where you pay with sanitized pens for those credit card receipts. They wear N95 masks and everything is sanitized during the waxing. She did a great job with setting expectations for how long the curl would last and provided me with what I needed in order to care for them after. I talked it up so much while I was on a trip in Cleveland that a friend there found a nice place to get her own lash lift. That is how beautiful my lashes look. Outside of how wonderful Jaime was, if you are considering a lash lift and are uncertain, DO IT. I have naturally long but very straight lashes and not having to curl them and put mascara on for the past 5 weeks has been incredible. I am told they should make it about 8 weeks, and they are still going strong. I came in today for my eyebrow appointment and was surprised to see the salon in the middle of a…read moreremodel. The space looked unfinished, with construction dust, missing baseboards, old furniture mixed with covered new furniture, and floors that appeared very dirty. It felt more like a construction site than a salon open for business. While I understand that businesses need to remodel from time to time, I don't think it's appropriate to continue serving clients while the salon is in this condition. The environment didn't feel welcoming, relaxing, or professional, and I was uncomfortable throughout my visit. The technician did a good job on my eyebrows, but unfortunately the condition of the salon significantly affected my overall experience. I believe it would have been more professional to temporarily close the salon, or at least postpone appointments, until the renovation was complete. First impressions matter, and walking into a salon that looks like an active construction zone doesn't inspire confidence--especially for a beauty service where cleanliness and professionalism are so important. I hope the finished space turns out beautifully, but based on my experience today, I left disappointed.
