When we arrived, I advised the front desk attendant of my earlier call and the price quote and he confirmed that was correct. We then went to our spa rooms and waited at least 15 minutes before the massage therapists showed up. They then gave us a 1 hour massage, but when we went to the front to pay, a different attendant said we rec'd 75 minute massages and that the cost was $95 each + tax. We advised them we had made it very clear that we were getting 1 hour massaged and that we had confirmed the $75 price beforehand as well as upon our arrival. As we argued with the attendant, we noticed her English skills became progressively worse. We finally paid and left, but have filed a dispute with our credit card company. Apparentently, Magic Spa personnel thing it's fair to "bait and switch" their price quote or that it's fair to charge you for a 15 minute wait before your massage begins. WE WON'T GO BACK AGAIN!

I paid for three visits in a row and on my last visit they're arguing with me telling me I only paid them $50 when the girl who rang me up was sitting right there. I was there and sure enough she pulls my receipt $150.. Now for the care. I come from Colorado and they're the chiropractors really take care of their patients in terms of doing what's needed to give them relief. Here they're very limited. I have a herniated disc L5 S1 so I need a flexion distention table and a chiropractor willing to get in there and do manual manipulation. Number one this place doesn't have that table number two. They don't do manual manipulation like that. They only do the cracking adjustments so if you were looking for quality care above and beyond, just the cracking adjustments, don't come here they will nickel and dime you have to pay extra for a traction table, acupuncture, and massage. And not 10 or $15 like $50-$70. So if you're looking for a place that puts patience care and quality of care above the dollar bill don't come here. I do have to say that Leah Moss the chiropractor there is so sweet and so nice and I feel like she really tries and she wants to help but that facility really just doesn't give her the tools to go above and beyond for her patients. Because of the lack of tools in willingness to go above and beyond for their patients, I will not be coming back here. But I do want make a point if Leah was working at another facility that did give her those tools where she can truly care for her patients and give them the quality service. They deserve, I would absolutely go see her.

The 30 min massage was good, but I really enjoyed the 60 min reflexology foot massage. Unfortunately baby girl didn't come that weekend, so I ended up scheduling another prenatal 30 min massage a couple days later (where I'm also 41+ weeks) to get some work in before my chiro adjustment down the road and WOW...that 30 min massage was seriously the best I ever had during this pregnancy. This time, I had Cindy and she made sure to hit allll the labor points, including my feet, lower back, and even thighs. Ended my session with a yummy head massage too. Felt so good + so refreshed by the end of my session, it was truly a solid 10/10. I also noticed it was a lot easier for my chiro to adjust me, too.
