They asked if I had gotten my nails done there, and I told them yes, just a few days ago. They simply said "okay" and never acknowledged me again. I even asked for an estimated wait time, and no one could give me one. While I was waiting, several people came in without appointments and were helped before me. I was only there to have one nail repaired, and I fully intended to pay for the service, so I was genuinely confused about why I was overlooked. After waiting 40-45 minutes with no communication, I finally left. It was especially disappointing because these were my birthday nails, which also became my engagement nails, so they held a lot of sentimental value.
