Nice selection of frames. They do not have a lab where if you wanted to use the same frames and replace lenses. I cant imagine finding a better place than Valley Vision Eyecare to service my opthalmological needs. The gentleman who answered the phone, Bill (the owner), was extremely impatient and rude from the start. He told me he couldn't answer my questions and abruptly hung up on me. I called back simply to ask when the doctor would be available so I could speak with them directly. Once again, Bill said he was too busy to tell me when the doctor would be back and hung up on me a second time. There is no excuse for treating patients or their families this way. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected from any medical office. Based on this experience, I will not be bringing my daughter back.

He went absolutely above and beyond, and got me the best prescription I've ever had. He actually had me come back two or three more times (for free!) to check and adjust the prescription until it was perfect -- and it really made a difference each time. Not only is my vision sharper, but the prescription lets me relax my eyes like I never could with my other prescriptions... my eyes are less fatigued at the end of the day, and it's much easier to use a computer for long periods of time. He also really encouraged me to adopt healthier eye care practices. I don't know how he makes any money giving out this kind of care, but I know I'll be going back!
