STAY AWAY FROM LILO! She is one of the MOST unprofessional tattoo "artists" I have ever met. (If you can even call her an artist) She yells while she's doing your eyebrows, talking about her vacation trips with her coworkers VERY LOUDLY in the customers ear. She coughs on your face and scratches customers with her disgusting long nails. Don't even try to make an appointment with her because when you do she changes it 10 times, and always makes you wait over 20 min. She has ZERO customer service skills. She is super rude and impolite. I am very disappointed in how she treated me today. She yelled at me very loudly and made me cry. She should have her cosmetologist license revoked. Also, I have video evidence as well of her yelling at the top of her lungs. I am planning on releasing these videos to the cosmetology board of California. Lilo is such a talented girl. I came to her because another well known artist had messed up my eyebrows with permanent makeup and I was referred to Lilo because of her precision. She explained what she was going to do and drew it on me and after I looked at myself in the mirror and agreed to proceed, she got to work. Honestly, this was the least amount of pain I have felt from a tattoo needle. She is so gentle and knows exactly what she is doing. She was fast, yet OCD about things. I had to beg her to stop. LOL. Lilotatt is the best. She did my eyebrows, eyeliner, and lip liner. She did a great job because I was so scared for the pain but she used a great tattoo numbing cream that was really awesome and I didn't feel the pain.
