I used to dread getting my eyebrows thread, because I used to go to the one by Northlake and it would hurt so bad that my eyebrows and skin would be irritated, so badly that I would break out really bad. I discovered this place six months later and I've had nothing but good experiences. I don't have a preferred threader but all I can say is that, they all have very light hands and cares for your liking and satisfaction. They even referred me a preference of how I like my brows. I went here a month ago for the good reviews it had and I was very happy. The first time I went, one of the girls did a great job on my brows and when I left and she said we'd keep working to get them how I wanted as hairs grew back. However when I went the second time, it was empty and the same girl was there but didn't want to do my brows I guess so someone else did. This time around the person was pretty rough and days later I still have a cut from her over-doing it in one spot. I am actually quite disappointed as my brows are now uneven and I just don't like looking at the one she didn't do right. I told her I had pencil in them when I got there and she didn't bother to wipe it out first, maybe that's why they aren't right. Either way, I don't feel like it was as good of an experience as the first time, which is upsetting because I thought I found a good place. read more

Absolutely disgusting, horrible and traumatizing experience. Normally I am dedicated to one woman who does my waxing and eyebrow threading in Miami, but as I am moving so I had to find another woman, which is very daunting. First of all, there was only one woman working so there was a wait and she was working on two women at once jumping back and forth. When she serviced me, (I believe her name was "Dee" but it wasn't Disha) she did a bad job on my eyebrows. I told her I didn't want it thin and just cleaned up, they had no shape (literally looked like semicircles), I had to constantly tell her where to fix up and she took an extensive amount of time. At the end they looked alright, but the process was very frustrating, especially compared to other woman I've been with. They did not provide me with anything afterwards. I asked if they had aloe gel, I used it to later find out it was an "after-sun soothing gel" and it made my eyebrows flake!!! Further, I had service for underarm waxing. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. THE WOMAN WAXED BOTH ARMPITS WITH ONE PAPER STRIP!!! I was in absolute shock and was beyond disgusted. She used the same side where she ripped my hair out to wax again!!! LITERALLY ONE STRIP FOR BOTH ARMPITS!!!! For some reason it's been only been 4 days and my hair is already growing back and as though I shaved! Usually my hairs grow back very slow and patchy after waxing, but they're growing back all at once. Not to mention she wanted to rub BABY OIL on my armpits afterwards, I refused. They had nothing else so I had to go home and shower. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE and would not EVER come back!!! read more
