She is certainly in a league of her own. She was warm and friendly from our first conversation. After explaining my sensitivity to lashes and the way my eyes can react, she explained her process and made me feel so comfortable. She uses a non toxic glue and I never once felt the burn while she was applying them. She never made me feel uncomfortable or that I had to do them a "certian" way. She actually asked how "I" wanted them. Wow, this alone was a blessing! During the session, I didn't get irritating eyes as I normally would with previous stylist. After seeing the result I was so impressed how she was able to get me super full and not 1 sign of irritation!! Woohoo!! Now a week later, I'm still super impressed with how I've been waking up and going throughout my days with no issues. They are still just as full and I'm not loosing them daily as I used to. The lashes she uses are light and fluffy and not heavy which was a plus too! I usually have to be taking zurtec to get through the first couple days. With Cher, I haven't had to use any. I was pretty disappointed, so I called Simply Aveda to ask if they had someone there who might be able to fix it and they set me up with an appointment with Nicholas. He made me feel welcome and comfortable right away. He is so nice and fun to chat with! But most importantly, he is very knowledgeable and highly skilled.
