Update - This place has done well enough to need to hire more people. Understand you may not get owner-proprietor-level customer service on weekends or with the newbies. I just spent twenty minutes getting my lip done by a bored young lady who blew garlic breath and infected facial piercing smell in my face while yanking me around like a RealGirl. No smile, no thank you, no exchange of pleasantries, but she did a good job. It's worth waiting for a less busy time when the senior staff are there. read more

They deserve zero stars after today's experience. Usually they do a good job but, the lady tonight needs to take some training classes or something. She has no clue what she's doing. I have 2 different eyebrows and her excuse was "that's your natural shape" I showed her a picture on Instagram how they usually look and then her excuse was "you dont want to pay that why they look like that". I told her I'll pay if you fix them and she attempted to fix them and messed them up even more and told me I still have to pay. NEVER AGAIN, STAY AWAY!!!! I've been here before and they did a good just b. Came back today and she did a rush job and took a chunk out of my eyebrow. When I confronted her she said my eyebrow didn't grow hair there. Ive never had hair missing there. Then she kinda walked away as to avoid further interaction with me. She wouldn't say anything else and as she was ringing me up asked for the next customer. I paid because I'm an honest person. However, she, did a horrible job and messed up my eyebrow. Not apologizing or acknowledging what she had done. She tried not to give me a receipt. This is very bad business. Mistakes happen but you cannot treat people bad after you did something wrong to them. read more

Eyebrow Masters is in both the malls which makes it convenient. In the mall with best buy they have thier actual store which I just found out does threading, waxing, mani&pedi, facials and the whole deal. The one in the same mall as forever21/oldnavy is just a booth and has only threading. It's on the expensive side for threading beacause it's 12 for eyebrows and 7 for upperlip! So, $19 in total and for most people it's a lot. But, end of the day the job that they do is amazing and the work backs up the price. Many people work there and again I'm amazed that every single one does a equally exceptional job. If you want your eyebrows done in Stockton this is where you need to be going! I love this place. I have been going now for almost 3 years. Ladies there are friendly professional and dependable. My favorite day to go is Tuesday, but all days are great! My eyebrows are the best they have ever looked. I use to wax and it would cost me about $45.00 for my whole face and brows every week. I have a membership here for $50.00 a month and I can go as much as I like for my threading of face and eyebrow. I'm never red or broke out like the wax use to do me. I highly recommended this place. Does anyone know if this is the same owner as the one in Tracy ca? If so that location is horrible!!! I've gone twice with this new lady and she has ruined my eyebrow twice now! The first time I waited a month in a half to let my eyebrows geo back I went back today and once again she fucked up my eyebrows. I have a damn patch of hair missing!!!! Wtf you guys need to get the last employees back she's horrible. When they ask you to rate them on their screen I selected a 2 and she questioned me she even tried to change it and held my card while she called the owner to change it saying it was an accident. Went there about 3 weeks and Zarah did a good job on my full face. I did have to ask her to do a section she missed, and she did so without attitude. I went back this week and the young, bored, worker did my face. I believe her name is Shaz - or something close to it. (Everyone seems to know her as the rude, bored one.). Shaz did a horrible job; missed sections and thread scratch marks were left on my face. Additionally she used the same gloves for touching my face and cashing out people at the cash register AND the same eyebrow comb and eyebrow scissors were used on multiple people without disinfecting the tools. This place needs training in customer service, hygiene of tools, and in proper threading technique. read more

Beyond upset. My eyebrows look horrible. My fiance and I were walking by and the lady was standing in the front of the store. I was looking at their henna poster and price sheet on the outside glass. The women tells me come on you need your eyebrows threaded. I said they are really that bad and she nods her head so I gave in, I had already been thinking about it. So I sat down and she goes just the eyebrows not your full face??? I said umm no thank you. So she began threaded and kept breaking the thread and asked me the third time she broke the string if I was Mexican..... No I am not? After she was done she showed me my eyebrows with a tiny mirror which looked fine until I went to go pay and saw the big mirror close up.. she asked me if I like them and I told her one is thicker than the other and she told me no they look perfect as she rang my card. The customer service was pretty good; the owner, I'm guessing, knows what she's doing as she don't answer the phone while doing your brows. She already knew what I wanted right when I came into the store. I loved how my eye brows are now very symmetrical and clean! I felt my brow bone with my fingertips and they feel like they've just been waxed off! Very clean! Does it hurt? Yeah, a little. But I find it relaxing and less tedious than plucking each and every stray hair by myself( which I've been doing for about 10 months now). At the end of my session, I became a little bit teary-eyed but that may be from not being exposed to any eyebrow hair waxing/threading. My bare brow bone was light pink, as if waxed, but after a day, it goes away. The biggest downside to this? It costs A LOT! $12??? That's their standard clean-up and shape rate. If you wanna know their other rates for other services, you can go to the kiosk in the mall with the Forever 21 or their main store in the other mall (the mall with the BestBuy). I was hoping it was going to be about $8 max since waxing at my old salon was about $6 but ehh.. As for lasting, I've only had my first threading this month and I haven't seen a hair so far. So is it worth it? I guess. But I would go to an actual salon that specialize in threading; it might be cheaper there. read more

I love this place. My sister and I always go together and get great service. We like going to the actual store the one inside Sherwood. The girls are always really nice to us. I don't get why people complain about the price, get a membership if you don't wanna pay $12 every time. I love love love this place tho, only place I trust with my eyebrows. Went there on a whim. Really choosy about who I let near my eyebrows. Have a special event coming up and would rather have a few stray hairs than jacked up eyebrows . It was a tues afternoon. The mall was nice and quiet. The young girl there was just finishing up a client who had amazing eyebrows so I thought what the heck. Did not regret it!! Not only did she do an amazing job shaping them $12 is a complete steal! Definitely loved the work and will return :) the only drawback is location. I'm sure when the malls gets crowded it can be awkward and hectic. I'll stick to random weekdays. read more

I've been their member now for past year or so. I never had complaints about this place until I was treated like garbage by one of their employee Gagan in Tracy. She is extremely rude, She gave me cuts and blamed me for it. When I asked her manager's phone number she said "I don't care wherever you complain for me". I called her manager Jay and he said he will look into the matter and never got back to me. I called him again to know what days she is not at the Tracy location so I can get my eyebrows done from other people there and he never got back to me. I have paid for my membership and that's how they treat their customers. Extreme liars, the employees and the employer. Hate this place!!!! My eyebrows were so thick and strong before and then I came to this place. The first time they did my eyebrows they left me with almost nothing. I almost cried since my eyebrows were the thing I liked the most on my face. I would always take months trying to grow them out, and with no knowledge of anywhere else I decided to keep giving them more chances. The months I grew them out were wasted since it happened all over again but with this time I left with a bald spot on my eyebrows. I believed that they did them so thin it appeared out of no where but then I realized it was something they did since it never grew back. Ever since I have to draw in my eyebrows when before I would be able to walk out of the house happy . The one in the Sherwood Mall provides better service. I gave threading a try because waxing gives my a chemical burn as I am someone with fair, sensitive skin. It is a bit pricy, but worth it. It lasts longer, gives eye brows shape you can upkeep, no chemical burn, and puffiness from the procedure subsides in minuets. However, sometimes the wait can be awhile. read more

Yes This place has no customer service. No greetings at all when you walk in as if they see nobody walking in. There is always different person working. I had stopped by to ask about getting a Henna tattoo. There were 3 women, 2 whom were occupied so I asked the 3rd woman about getting a tattoo. She was leaning against the counter, wouldn't even come out of the booth to talk to me. I felt like I was hovering over a customer to try to talk to the woman. She only replied in one word answers and when I told her I wanted a tattoo done, she continued to stand there and say nothing to me. She was rude and apparently knows little of customer service. They should get negative stars for service!!! None of the employees are on the same page! Made me fill like a criminal!!!! I went to get my eyebrows and one spot under my eyes done on 3/15/2013, I asked her how much? (because everytime I go its a diffrent price with a diffrent girl). She said $10.00 for the full cheeks I told her I didn't want my cheeks just one spot under my eye, and last time they did it they charged my $4.00! I told her I did not want it because I paid $4.00 before, she said okay I will do it and started the service. After she was done she tried to charge me the additional $10.00 and I said I did not agree to pay the $10.00 so she called her manager "I guess", and was talking to her in there language. Wait! here is the best part, she told me to turn around and look in the camera... HELLO was she serious!!!! At this point I'm so pissed I ask to speak with the manager myself and told her, her and her employees need to be on the same page!!!! She's going on blah, blah, blah... she was basically scolding me like I was her employee! Hello I'm a customer!!!! so so so unprofessional!!!!
