It's been awhile, I've gotten eyebrow threading. I decided to go to the mall and have them done. The guy started doing the threading. Let me say, he was very careful and kind. He gave me a tissue to clean myself. My eyebrows were sensitive that I started to have water under my eyes and around my eyebrows my skin was getting red. Maybe, that's why he told this female coworker to finish the rest. However, they did left some hairs on the side of my eyebrows. I had to pluck them myself. It wasn't a lot, but I notice it. Otherwise, he did a good job and the female coworker too that helped. He gave me I think lotion or ointment to ease the redness around my eyebrows. They were friendly and kind. Maybe next time put some relaxing music? Will I go back? I think so. I like that it's in the mall and they gave me stuff to clean and they also cleaned too and he put whatever product around my eyebrows to ease my redness on the skin. read more

My experience here has been really good with the same tech every time. The staff is always nice and does ensure you are happy with your brows before you leave. The location is right next door to KT's gymnastic center so an easy stop in without appointment if you have a few extra minutes at the mall. They offer a punch card for repeat customers and the price for brows is reasonable at usually $15.00 (including a 15-20%) tip. I would recommend being very specific on what you want ahead of time to ensure you get the results you want. I usually go here when I finally need a trim and my last experience was terrible. I'm usually satisfied with the outcome but no my latest recent one. The lady was rude to start off, the place stank for some reason, she kept using force to move my hands , she did a horrible job at shaping them, one being mismatched to the other, it was more painful than usual and she didn't ask me if they were good or anything. There's new girls working here now. I've been coming here for almost a year or more now. I'm not quite sure of their names (i lol bc I come here too often n dont know) but there's the main girl and another one who recently started working there. The main one knows her customers and makes the effort to know the new ones. She'll converse with you and become your friend. I love her personality; we just click. The other one is more quiet and doesn't speak English well, maybe the reason why she seems so reserved. The new one took her time with me and made sure she didnt hurt me lol The other one does the same but she does it more quickly ..im assuming because maybe she's more comfortable with her clientele, while the new one was just extra super careful because she's just new. The other reviews were about another who no longer works there. They now solely focus on their customers and puts us first. I've never seen any one of these ladies on their phones, devices, or w.e. It does get dead but once someone walks in, all attention goes to their customers. i trust them and they've always made my 'brows looking nice they also have a 3mos membership plan, which is worth it, if u need to come often. basically, it's paying a lump sum at once but u can take advantage of the membership and go whenever you'd like, so you do get your money's worth. summit sometimes comes and helps out very rarely. she's not from the area so she's not a regular employee. my favorite thing about her is when you're done and ask for aloe vera, she'll rub your brows and temples, which is super relaxing and just feels so nice! Worst service ever at anywhere for anything. The girl talked on the phone the entire time. The only words she used were "stretch" and "all done". No. Do not go there. They ruined my brows. I always had well balanced brows and now they're too thin and the arch was taken off. I already had well balanced eyebrows and always received compliments on them. With my round face and full hair, it completely throws my face off balanced. Not satisfied, not going back. Never again. Now I have to let them grow out for the next couple of months. With my pale skin and near to black hair, it's not going to look great while trying to regrow them. I went in to the "Santa Maria" Eyebrow Art location yesterday. The girl that helped me looked very young(15ish), I asked how long she had been doing threading? She kindly responded 4 years. As she was threading my eyebrows I felt more pain than any other time I've experience before. I said "ouch" once but she didn't get the hint that she was being rough. She mentioned her friends didn't like threading b/c it hurt so much. Her response was "beauty is pain". This is not something you should say to a client..EVER! When she was finally done and I took a look, I realized she cut my eyelid. I mentioned it and she had no response...not even an "I'm sorry". When I got home I realized both my eyebrows had welts on them. This is the first time this has happened w/threading. I do not believe the girl has enough experience. I won't be going back. read more

I came in to get my upper lip threaded. The woman who was working today didn't greet me. Her work was rushed - she repeatedly caught on the edges of my lip, causing me a lot of pain. She stopped abruptly and walked to the register from which she announced that she was done. She didn't offer me a mirror to check her work. She didn't offer me aloe.
