Finally somebody local in Pismo Beach that understands Customer Service and Quality Care! Yesha @ Glamour Studio on Price Street was so amazing. I was so relaxed and she was so confident! She fit me in on a Saturday afternoon of all times! I explained to her that I had a last minute Vegas trip in a few days ...talk about accommodating. She transformed my 1 year, waist length scraggly Virgin hair into a balayage masterpiece. She has a beautiful, fresh, clean and classy studio. It's not your typical black matte paint, grunge, run-of-the-mill, hair care, salons with miles of extension, cords strung across the walls, lol. She really did her research with her decor that shone with gold accents. Her studio chairs were so comfortable. Before I left, I gave her little gold genie lamp, a rub and made a wish! Her webpage is user-friendly and routes you directly to an appointment and payment app, which also provides payment options. Her prices are exceptional for the service that you are getting. Remember "you get what you pay for", so give up that Starbucks for a day and pay little extra to have it done right...or get both, because WE DESERVE IT! Whether root touch up , hi lite or color . On d day off . She will take a picture of ur scalp issue , that other hairdressers I've been ur treating it , and never gets in d way of ur color . Oh retire ur appt . Yes ha will let u fill up a form to cover herself . To make sure she does not get sued ! Maybe she got in trouble before !! She starting to do this hair test on ur hair strands that she pulls a strand a pulls it side to side and check if it will break !! She does a lot of humiliating u and next thing after all that she tells u none of d things u want on ur hair done by her there's nothing u can do ! After consultation , a lengthy form u hav to fill up and d hair strand test , take a picture of ur scalp , call d other hairdresser. It's too much , put u down, maybe she just dies not like me after she saw me . I only want to go there because it's pretty close to where I live. I had been calling around to get my daughter a haircut and finally decided on Glamour Studio because I also needed my eyebrows threaded and saw she also offers that service. She is soo patient & caring. I can't say enough good things, she really did such a great job, my daughter is soo happy with her haircut. She did great on my eyebrows! Seriously, the best experience. My eyebrows have never been done this perfect! She took her time & really gave us a great experience, she kept checking in with my daughter to make sure water & blow dryer temperature wasn't too hot for her. She explained everything in detail to us as to what would work best in terms of haircut for my daughter. I love that she washed and blow dried her hair. She also has a little snack/coffee bar for kids & parents. I can't wait to come back again for my eyebrows and bring my other daughter for her hair cut. Went into Pismo yesterday to fix a haircut gone wrong. Yesha was very helpful and took the time to explain what she felt could help my situation, she started cutting slowly until we achieved the perfect cut. Needless to say, she went above and beyond my expectations I had to call her back today to say "thank you". Looking in the mirror with a bad cut is not easy! I met Yesha a month ago for threading. We don't have very many options in the 5 cities area. I no longer want to wax as my mature skin is more sensitive to this technique. Her threading method was gentle and precise. I highly recommend this place not only is it cute it's clean and has a great ambiance, accessible and prices are competitive the those around us, in my experience, cheaper. By far the worst makeup application I have ever seen. DIDN'T HAVE BASIC PRODUCTS AND VERY LIMITED SELECTION. It was a pathetic job and quite frankly I would let these phony reviews sway you.
