As we all now, personal service vendors such as perfect eyebrows I've been shut down due to COVID-19 for the last three months. My eyebrows were full proof of this, As when she was finished, I thought she was gonna have to use a leaf blower to clear the debris around the chair LOL! I am so glad that we stopped in when I realize they were open. My regular Brow lady is in San Luis Obispo and charges more than twice the amount. She did a good job but without the exceptionally cheerful and professional attitude of perfect eyebrow. they were fast, courteous, very reasonable, and I can't recommend them enough because my eyebrows are truly perfect now read more

If you want to be completely ignored and have your skin pinched until you bleed, then this is best place to get your eyebrows threaded. The woman that works in this shop has the worst customer service and I only came back (this was my second visit) as everyone has bad days now and then and deserved a second chance. Perfect eyebrows consistently delivers on a bad experience- this time with blood. I have A wedding to attend this weekend and stopped in during my lunch hour for an eyebrow threading. The space is not welcoming, neither the employee/owner. No greetings, not even a hi. Once it was my turn to, she just barked to 'pull my eyelid' and was not clear on where to place my hands, which eye she was starting on-as if she's winning some secret contest on seeing how little words she can use to communicate. While this was 2nd threading with her, it was only my 4th ever-never had I been pinched to bleed. Accidents happen and this is a hazard of the service I opted to get-however, her complacency and lack of concern or even acknowledging that I was hurt is not okay! I have been going here several years and LOVE the result every time. I appreciate that it's quick, there is usually no wait and my brows just look so good and clean when she is finished. I think it's important to give some guidance when you sit down as far as if you just want the edges cleaned up and the brow not too thin, or if you want a thinner brow. Oh my gosh I fell in love with this place. I'm mid 60's with very blonde eyebrows. I was feeling I needed a little darker brow but not sure what to do. I went in and talked to the owner who was so so nice. She gave me some ideas on what would work best from me. Nervous about the idea of semi permanent she assured me to trust her.
