I originally came in for my eyebrows and Priya did such an amazing job that I keep coming back. I started to get my full face done and she pays so much to detail especially to my eyebrows since I have gotten my eyebrows threaded at another location and were difficult to communicate with so they made my eyebrow too thin but with Priya she listens and understands my concerns. I have been needing my eyebrows threaten for months. I'm very particular about who I let touch my eyebrows due to previous bad experiences. But this place did an amazing job! My eyebrows came out looking super great better then ever. So mad after today! I've been coming here for the last couple years to get my brows done, and today was the very first time I haven't tipped. Usually it's not too bad. But today the woman was so rough! She snapped at least four threads and jabbed me in the eye with her finger. Of course threading is somewhat painful but today it was nearly unbearable. They took me as a walk-in, threaded, and tinted my eye brows in less than 15 minutes. And she did a wonderful job. Definitely will be back and would recommend to others. Not a lot pisses me off, but if you mess with my eyebrows, you're getting it. Worst eyebrow experience of my life. Not only were they extremely uneven, but she literally threaded off all the body my eyebrows had. I look like I straight walked out of a 90's rap video they are so thin. Prior to this last visit another woman put my arch In the wrong spot leaving me with a nice chunk taken out of my brow. So I grew them out for a month in hopes it would be fixed, only to leave the threading place again but this time with no brows at all. I will not be returning ever again. So I went to the mall not intending to get my eyebrows done. I passed by this place and saw that they did threading which is great because I prefer that to waxing. The lady was nice and did her thing. Midway into it she said I had spots missing hair. I know I have sparse areas on my eyebrows but they're not a big deal. Once she was done she said she was going to fill in the spots with an eyebrow pencil. I thought that was a little weird but whatever. Once I saw my eyebrows I was furious! She took a chunk of my eyebrow off because I guess she thought the area was too sparse? Then she did a crappy job of trying to cover it up with the pencil. It is very noticeable that she took a chunk off and now my eyebrows are NOTICEABLY uneven. One looks higher than the other. Do not go here! read more

If I could rate this place no stars I would. I just moved to Humboldt County from sandiego so when I found out they only have one eyebrow place out here that was hard to hear. So I went here and this was the 2nd time I been to this place. The first time the young lady did my eyebrows and did terrible and thinned my eyebrows so much. But being this is the only eyebrows threading place in Humboldt County I had no choice but to go there again and I had the older lady this time. I asked her to not take as much hair off because I'm trying to grow them back and she rolled her eyes at me an rushed me to stop talking so she could start and was rude from there. I have to mentally prepare myself for the verbal abuse before I come here. There used to be an amazing lady who worked here, she would chat about eyebrow shape and take care to do what you asked. I miss her. Now, the younger woman that works here will point you to a chair if you're lucky enough that she's not looking at her phone. She's made comments to me like "EW OMG so much hair!" Yeah...I know...that's literally the exact reason why I am here. "why do you wait so long!" Because I'm scared of you. "disgusting." Gee, thanks. She also doesn't ask (or care) what shape you want. This lady literally did nothing to my eyebrows it only took her 1 minute to do my brows, and was rude the entire time the worst part that it is 12 dollars just get the done. Went to get my eyebrows done as I'm new to the area and normally have them threaded. Immediately I walked in and asked if there's a sign in sheet and she said "no- sit!" And points to the waiting area. She just yells "next!" And I guess people know the drill. I chose NOT to get my eyebrows done here after watching how demanding and rude she was and it seemed like everyone was in pain. She was jerking people's arms around to show them how to hold their eyelid and the most disgusting part is she doesn't wear gloves nor washes her hands in between customers.... disgusting. read more

This is a rip off!!! They do a very shabby job!!! They should give you a magnifying mirror so you can see what they have done before you leave!! I had my face done and when I got home I realized they missed huge portions of my face so I went back the next day and they said that the hair must've grown back already!!!! This place is inconsistent. When they first opened I went and they did a good job. Second time I went they made my eyebrows too thin. I avoided them for a year after that. I finally went back and told her to just clean it around the edge cause I didn't want it too thin. She made it too thin again! The thing about threading is that it's supposed to make the person have more control over what they take off! So she either decided to make my eyebrows look like how SHE wanted it to instead of how I (the paying customer) wanted it to look or these ladies are just super unskilled at their job. This is the only place that I can find eyebrow threading thats close to home and I find it unfortunate that I have to go to this place when I want my eyebrows threaded. The things I really enjoy about this place is that it's quick. I think I've only spent 5 minutes in there TOTAL. She's really quick and knows what she is doing. The only thing is, is that the bitch is rude. There's no sort of customer service and just acts stuck up the whole visit. I wear glasses, and after she was done I put them on thinking she was done. She was staring at me for a good 30 seconds until she said very rudely "Take off your glasses." so she could wipe any kind of hair away from my face. I rather hair on my face then the customer service she provides. She also doesn't care if it hurts for you. It feels like she is RIPPING the hair out of my face when she does it. i have never tried the threading, ive always had waxing done. i went in today to just see what it was like. it didn't hurt nearly as bad as i was expecting, eyebrows didnt bother me at all, the lip was a little tender. it was super fast which is awesome for someone like me who never has time. the lady that helped me was nice and good at what she does.!! i will go back!! read more
