From the moment I walked in, the staff appeared unprofessional--dressed in leggings, graphic tees, and sandals. The exam process didn't feel much better. Instead of an on-site ophthalmologist, the exam was done via Zoom with minimal guidance from what seemed like untrained technicians. What really bothered me was the lack of hygiene and professionalism. The exam room door was left open, and machines were not wiped down between patients. I had to ask the technician for something to clean the equipment myself. To top it off, I overheard one of the techs complaining to a coworker about the doctor "taking 20 minutes with a patient" like that was an inconvenience. That attitude says a lot. From now on, I'll gladly drive to a different location that values professionalism, proper hygiene, and respectful care.

You can tell, Jonathan really enjoys his job and doesn't mind going out of his way in helping people. He is one of the most professional LDOs I have ever met. He truly cares about his customers. It's the simple truth: always ask for Jonathan who is the vision center manager. He gives the utmost customer service to his clientele. This store is located inside Walmart at the front of store on GM side. They have literally hundreds of eye glasses for sale. Oh yeah, the best part about it , is that you can sit down while being waited on. This is a one on one service. What? You want proof of this.
