Dr. LaMotte gave me the time and knowledge to understand what happened, and why my vision was so affected. In short, my contacts fit perfectly and I haven't had vision like this in years. Best Eye Doc I have seen hands down. I have bifocals and now can wear contacts....last doc told me that it was just how the eye ages...Dr. Lamott proved him wrong.

A week later I got my lenses After trying to see through scratch lenses for an extra month ! Whenever I've had my classes adjusted they only wanna put new nose pieces on them with no adjustment ! The grump that "helped" me order lenses was annoyed with pretty much any question I asked. She gave short, clipped answers with little detail. Also, she was rude when I asked about Crizal brand lenses I had heard about in the media. She rolled her eyes and said, " those are just fancy AR coated." How dare I ask! Why was she so rude? Could it be because this store doesn't sell them? When I picked up the glasses, another discourteous individual handed them to me and said, "there done." I had to ask to have them fitted. She said "we only put in the new lenses in (my old frames) we don't change anything." Well they did need adjustment. She begrudgingly did it but said she could only adjust around the ears on plastic frames. She adjusted them twice but acted like she had done it a hundred times! When I left, they were crooked and smudged from her fingers--no offer to clean them either. Two days later I went to Mayo Clinic NE optical (Rochester). The gal there immediately commented on my glasses, that they were crooked. She said there were lots of things she could do to plastic frames to make them fit. Within 10 minutes my glasses fit awesome and I was so pleased with her helpfulness and customer service. I will NOT return to pearle vision in Mankato, MN and will tell everyone of my experience there!
