I do NOT recommend this pearle vision store. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Your presence is a bother to them. The grump that "helped" me order lenses was annoyed with pretty much any question I asked. She gave short, clipped answers with little detail. Also, she was rude when I asked about Crizal brand lenses I had heard about in the media. She rolled her eyes and said, " those are just fancy AR coated." How dare I ask! Why was she so rude? Could it be because this store doesn't sell them? When I picked up the glasses, another discourteous individual handed them to me and said, "there done." I had to ask to have them fitted. She said "we only put in the new lenses in (my old frames) we don't change anything." Well they did need adjustment. She begrudgingly did it but said she could only adjust around the ears on plastic frames. She adjusted them twice but acted like she had done it a hundred times! When I left, they were crooked and smudged from her fingers--no offer to clean them either. Two days later I went to Mayo Clinic NE optical (Rochester). The gal there immediately commented on my glasses, that they were crooked. She said there were lots of things she could do to plastic frames to make them fit. Within 10 minutes my glasses fit awesome and I was so pleased with her helpfulness and customer service. This is the Worse place to ever get any sort of eye care. The worse customer service EVER ! Called about whether some glasses had arrived. Got a lady with a ton of attitude and tell me there was no other reason why they would call me. Just plain snotty and got hung up on. Over priced and the eye doctor Dr. Crowley was in a rush to finish my eye exam try to shake hands with him after the exam nothing from him just walked away. If anything look somewhere else. I'd rather take my business to my hometown eye care provider any day. read more

The technicians that work for this pearle vision are terrible with customer service. I work at an Optometrist in Texas and called to request a mutual patients prescription and the lady who answered the phone was unpleasant and unprofessional she said she could get the prescription but she was too busy and the conversation ended at that. The technician then sent over a handwritten fax cover sheet with the patients prescription information on the notes section without a doctor signature. They should know legally that the doctor has to release the prescription for it to be valid!!! Someone should definitely reconsider who they're employing. NO STARS IF I COULD! read more

Terrible bedside manner. The Dr was very rude to my 14 yr old daughter and I. I was tempted to walk out of the exam room a few times after he'd snap at my daughter for not replying fast enough or answering his questions the way he expected. Will never go back. The only good thing was the large selection of frames. read more
