He went ahead and had the procedure done and we were told the insurance company would pay us directly. I paid the bill the day of the procedure waited to be partially reimbursed. After waiting two months and only receiving a check for $250 from my insurance, I contacted insurance and I was informed that this dental clinic is not in our network, nor is it in any of our insurance company's networks (eg. other plans). I was also informed that this dental clinic was grossly overcharging for certain procedures. One particular procedure should only cost $175, but they charged me $1300. Aside from that, the waiting area is VERY small and outdated. Think hunter green and floral wallpaper with only 7 chairs. There is a gold-mirrored wall at the counter, which feels like a backdrop for a bad 80's porn. With the money they are charging (stealing?), they really should be able to update their tiny waiting area. I do not recommend this dental clinic unless you feel like being lied to and taken advantage of.
