Wait time is always minimal with a warm welcome by staff to take you back. They are engaging & and friendly, whereas others just want to push you through the processes with little to no interaction and then on to the next. Then you briefly sat in a separate waiting area & and within minutes I was in a room. Dr. Denaro, I love her professional yet personal touch. She always has a wonderful smile & explains everything. She makes you feel as if you are her main priority that day. You would never know if she had 5 or 50 patients to see. I'm 54 yrs old & worn glasses/contacts since I was 7 & never out of all the doctors I have seen had a doctor make me feel as if they were personally vested in my eye health!
