He seemed reluctant to have to file it, but once I paid him extra for that it was fine. Unfortunately the service was done, but the filing wasn't. I noticed on the probate notes the day they made them, and called Ken. He seemed confused, and called me back asking for the wrong person. The owner has now refunded us but what about the time we lost in a time-sensitive legal matter? An eviction matter has a specific time-clock and it's already a drawn out process. The owner can rapid fire respond to a yelp or google review but couldn't be bothered to respond to emails? To calls? Or to take any action whatsoever? That's priorities! And to be clear- tonight I read a review by someone named Matt Reis on google. He had the exact same experience 4 weeks ago. He lost valuable time and money due to their inaction and dereliction. And no one communicated with him either. So it's a pattern not an anomaly. I requested and paid for reports from Shawn and he never sent me the reports and refused to issue me a refund. Every time I asked what the delay was, Shawn used the excuse that he was busy and hadn't had time. Shawn's behavior is very unprofessional and he should not be allowed to supervise visits as he is unable to maintain proper boundaries and remain a neutral party.

These are the activities that went on according to their own declarations. During visits the supervised party was watching porn on his phone, passing out during visit time, taking photos of child w/o permission, exchanging electronic gifts w/o permission, constantly bad mouthing the other parent and talking about inappropriate things, man handling child, underming, smoking in front of child. This went on for almost 1 yr. Both Parties- the supervised parent and monitors were constantly late for drop off/pick up. THH flat out lied and falsely documented this. They refuse to cooperate and purposely create contentions between the parties to ensure uses of their services and then blackmail you for fees for declarations. Shawn has the better demeanor with children, however, his sister Pearl clearly has emotional and control issues. I found a mistake in a report. I asked them to correct it. It was her mistake. After I asked for the correction the whole entire attitude from them changed. I would often get very aggressive and threatening texts from them even well into the evening hours. And she even took my child and physically postured toward me in the parking lot. There was an abduction risk in our case and a DVTRO. They kept on pressuring me to allow a violation of the DVTRO to suit their whims, and failed to report an actual kidnapping. If that isn't enough the whole entire building is surrounded by homeless persons camping all over the property and they insist that children walk through these persons unaccompanied. They then claim to have the capability to follow and see vehicles traveling miles away from the facility. They are highly disorganized and extremely unprofessional. They do not follow their own guidelines or protocols or even the protocols and court orders except when they feel they can use it as threat against you. When they feel there services will no longer be needed they then target the parents and make up scenarios and write false reports so that it will appear that there services will still be needed.
