We came back to the same store with a flawless pair of glasses, she proceeds to clean them and told us there was a scratch on them. There wasn't one when we handed them to her. She told us she couldn't exchange them because they were scratched. This pair of glasses have only been in the case or on his face. Zero chance they were damaged. The young girls there were unable to reason with and very rude during the exchange. I believe they are selling damaged glasses here that can not be retailed because they are irregular. You save very little here. I highly highly highly recommend avoiding this store and company as their business practices are below the standard of any reputable company. Don't walk, run from here!!!

I could see the young lady inside looking at her cellphone. She came to the door to tell me that they didn't open till 10:00, walked back to her chair only to return about a minute later to open the door. When I went in she asked if I was looking for something specific, I told her I wanted to look at the Costas. She pointed to two wall displays, I asked about their summer sale. She pointed to the rack on the right and then went back to her phone. Never asked if I needed any information or anything. Obviously she didn't know anything about the products she was selling. I was very disappointed in the staff at the Calhoun store. I bought my first pair of Costas at this store about 8 years ago and it was a very different experience. The staff was much more attentive and helpful then. Sadly I won't return, I proceeded to buy a new pair at Bucky's of all places. $284 lost sale due to laziness?

About the only good stores are a small Nike factory store and an Old Navy outlet. Many of the stores are local places such as an antique store which would be great if I lived in the area. I think the mall would do better if it had a full scale restaurant or something of that sort. Seems like there's plenty of land to do that with and with a premium freeway location it's puzzling why mall management hasn't tried to attract one. Who knows? I'd stop there again due to the Nike store not being too crowded but not sure that I would go anywhere else.

When I went to view the link that I had initially ordered from, which I saved screenshots of, it had been completely deleted. In an email, someone from this business justified the inaccuracy with the excuse that they were physically unable to change the inaccurate description to the accurate one before listing this item. Instead of admitting any fault whatsoever when confronted with their blatant error, the reps of this business gaslit me, said the product was described correctly, then changed their return policy to include "item must be in original packaging" despite absolutely zero mention of this on their website, despite the 'original' box not actually being original packaging. Rather than deal with utter twits with no professionalism, I'm going to reconfigure my bike to adapt to this incorrect part which I received through no fault of my own, which will now cost me money. This is a small-minded business run by small-minded people who do not care if they inconvenience you. I don't know if that's the status quo of this area, but personally I'd avoid.

This was one of the best experiences I've had where I ended up walking out of a store empty-handed. Definitely going to keep this place in mind for the future!
