I'm working on a large commercial project requiring several thousand sq yds of quality carpet for the site. I was blown away at how competitive their pricing is to national retailers and to other big name distributors too! Doug was very upfront and honest about the types of carpets and his recommendations on what should be used. I was under the impression that I needed a certain product, but I was wrong. It turns out I could use something else of higher quality at a lessor price to get the job done. It's great to know that there's honest people out there who care about doing the right thing, and not about up-sell or trying to get you to buy the most expensive items. We happily made a large acquisition of commercial carpet, and we look forward to working with him again for future needs. HIGHLY recommended for your carpet needs (residential and commercial) !

Be careful with these thieves. I use American Express Platinum for all of my business purchases…read more I've never had a problem before. However, when I tried to make some purchases here, they first said they don't take American Express. After speaking to the accounts department I learned that they can and do take American Express, but they charge you a whopping 10% premium! Unbelievable! OK, I understand that AMEX fees can be (only) a half of percent higher than other cards, but this is crazy, crooked, and unethical (and maybe illegal, I don't now). In addition, their prices are higher, their quality has slipped, and their customer service is terrible (the delivery guy was great, though). It was too late to cancel my order, so I used a personal card instead of my business AMEX. Never again, though. They just lost a customer.

The technician was able to show me the problem - the o-rings where the hose connects to the pressure washer/wand. Their professionalism, courtesy, quality service, and reasonable prices ensure I will be back should I require their services in the future.
