The wait to see the doctor was short, with the exam rooms comfortable while you wait. During my last visit I noticed they are updating the exam rooms with brand new equipment, gone all the old bulky machines of the past. If you have a child afraid of the old style machines, the new equipment might less intimidating for children. The doctors are well versed in what they do and will take the time to explain how to resolve any conditions you might have. My condition required some surgery which was done at an out of the area hospital which didn't bother me but might be an issue for others.

(Probably because they make commission) She literally put her body between me and the glasses I wanted. Secondly, after i got my prescription, they didn't sign the script, therefore, I can't redeem my script and get glasses anywhere else. This is unlawful, it is against the law for another company to sell prescription glasses if the prescription is not signed. To top it off, the company I wanted to buy glasses from called them and they said they were about to close and call back 30 minutes before they close. It is obvious what kind of a business they run. I don't recommend even getting an eye exam here, but absolutely don't give them the commission on buying their glasses.

I hadn't had my vision prescription renewed in a year or so, and wanted an updated prescription, so my visit was very basic. However, I felt that given that an established relationship with an ophthalmologist would be beneficial for the future as well as get my prescription updated, I was referred to Dr. Johnson by my in-laws, and was happy with the decision. Even though I got my pupils dilated, the whole procedure with vision went very smoothly. I was in and out of there within 1 hour, with my new updated prescription in tow. My only qualm about this place is that they don't have services for fitting eyeglasses or contact lenses. You have to go somewhere else to get those done. That's a very minor thing though, but can be an inconvenience if you want a one-stop shop. Overall, happy to have found this place. Super clean, professional, efficient group. I'll be coming back here for all my eye/vision needs!

When I found out I owed them money I took time off work to get over there and pay them, that was several months ago and they never said anything about being discharged from service. Today I called and the receptionist told me they no longer want my business... imagine my surprise, when I tried to explain what happened the receptionist would not let me finish, she kept interrupting me and then hung up on me.... Keep in mind that when I found out I owed them money I took time off work to go there and pay them and at that time no one mentioned that I was no longer wanted as a customer.. I guess I need to find a doctor who cares about their patients

I have been to the fancy…read moreexpensive offices, the large store offices and this by far was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Dr McCullah was extremely personable and educated. The cost wasn't too bad, for a year worth of contact, new glasses with all the bells and whistle on my lenses, and the exam was about $760. I will be returning here a long as Dr McCullah is there!!! Also the ladies in the front are so nice and friendly!!!
