Walked to Metro Motor and the gentleman there was nice enough to loan me the battery charger/jumper thingy. I went back to my car and realized the problem was that the battery was simply loose. I tightened it by hand and got the car started. While returning the charger, the same guy told me I should bring it in for them to tighten it with a wrench to make sure it didn't jar loose again.
