After completing the contact form online, he texted me within a few hours and was at the house the next day to do the whole job. He worked tirelessly from 9:30 am when he arrived until he departed at 5:30pm. I was skeptical that it would be done, but sure enough, the whole job was finished and looked great. My floor mats were left wet, there were visible streaks on the windshield, and it was clear they were using very dirty rags to dry the vehicle. Even if the cars are already mostly clean, those towels need to be replaced regularly. Staff was friendly, but overall it's probably a one-and-done for me. Not bad people, just not worth it at the end.

The wash was $11, which is the wash plus tires. The machine did not clean to well under the side mirrors, but honestly for $11 that's really no big deal. The rest of the car looked good. When I parked to vacuum the inside of my car, the moment I grab one of the vacuum hose, the hose completely came off from the top connection and fell on top of my head. I was covered in dirt from whatever other customers had vacuumed up. I walked to the other side of my car and used that hose instead. The suction was horrendous, it took for ever to manage to vacuum the minimal amount of dirt my carpet had. I later noticed the head of the vacuum was broken, split in half, no wonder it wasn't suctioning anything! I kept cool and tried not stressing over this because again I only paid $11. Once I finished vacuuming, I decided to purchase and air freshener, and not much of a shocker, but the machine wasn't working yet AGAIN! I am positive that machine has been broken since they opened their establishment. I decided to head to the managers office. When I walked in the manager or supervisor was there. I explained to her that the hose fell on my head, and all she said was that it wasn't their fault, that it happens because other customers tug on the hose too much, it usually happens after like ten people. She kept cutting me off by saying " sorry mama but it's not our fault". I told her that even though I paid $11 I think I deserved some type of compensation. She kept telling me that was impossible, they are unable to give any form of refund. She later told me, fine we could give you a free wash next visit. I said that's better than nothing. She printed a random receipt from another client , the last four of the vida aren't mine, and hand wrote her name on the receipt for me to present next time I go and wash my car. As I was walking back to my car, another guest was asking for the manager for a similar situation that occurred to me. Please be very careful if you choose to go here, the service is HORRIBLE and the hose might fall on top of you, especially if you are lucky number 10!

I made sure to tell the guy I had smoothie on my passenger seat and he said not to worry; he'd clean. I waited off to the side while they worked on it for another 15-20 minutes. Once I got the car, things were rushed. Other cars were waiting to drive thru so I felt pressure to just get in and go. That was my mistake. I drove off without inspecting the car and the minute I got to the light and look over I could see it was a poor job. The seatbelt wasn't cleaned and he probably just surface cleaned what I'd already done. Pics are included. If you're looking for a good clean; this isn't the place. They're working but not hard enough to get the job done. It's cars in and out so they're not really taking time and being thorough.
