The wash was $11, which is the wash plus tires. The machine did not clean to well under the side mirrors, but honestly for $11 that's really no big deal. The rest of the car looked good. When I parked to vacuum the inside of my car, the moment I grab one of the vacuum hose, the hose completely came off from the top connection and fell on top of my head. I was covered in dirt from whatever other customers had vacuumed up. I walked to the other side of my car and used that hose instead. The suction was horrendous, it took for ever to manage to vacuum the minimal amount of dirt my carpet had. I later noticed the head of the vacuum was broken, split in half, no wonder it wasn't suctioning anything! I kept cool and tried not stressing over this because again I only paid $11. Once I finished vacuuming, I decided to purchase and air freshener, and not much of a shocker, but the machine wasn't working yet AGAIN! I am positive that machine has been broken since they opened their establishment. I decided to head to the managers office. When I walked in the manager or supervisor was there. I explained to her that the hose fell on my head, and all she said was that it wasn't their fault, that it happens because other customers tug on the hose too much, it usually happens after like ten people. She kept cutting me off by saying " sorry mama but it's not our fault". I told her that even though I paid $11 I think I deserved some type of compensation. She kept telling me that was impossible, they are unable to give any form of refund. She later told me, fine we could give you a free wash next visit. I said that's better than nothing. She printed a random receipt from another client , the last four of the vida aren't mine, and hand wrote her name on the receipt for me to present next time I go and wash my car. They only offer one option for an interior/exterior clean and it's $34.99 The full service package (Gold Plus ) includes a tunnel wash, hand dried service, interior vacuum cleaning. Each time I've gone the car has come out very clean and I think the price is fair for what you get. The customer service isn't great though. The first time I went the main attendant was kind of rude and the second time I went it rained and the employee seemed annoyed to re-dry my car. The wait does take a while but I do keep in mind they have many cars to service and you have to expect that. It's still a good spot if you need to get your car cleaned and your in the area.
