Staff repeatedly state that the customer restroom is "broken," yet numerous Google reviews over an extended period describe the exact same experience. This suggests the restroom may not actually be out of service, but that customers are routinely being denied access. If the restroom is genuinely broken, I would expect it to be repaired within a reasonable timeframe. If it is not broken, then customers are being misled. Please investigate this location and determine whether it is complying with applicable Florida health, building, and customer service requirements.
