When this location first opened, it was amazing. The service was great and all the machines were well kept. But today, I went for a quick carwash and vacuum. The wash was $11, which is the wash plus tires. The machine did not clean to well under the side mirrors, but honestly for $11 that's really no big deal. The rest of the car looked good. When I parked to vacuum the inside of my car, the moment I grab one of the vacuum hose, the hose completely came off from the top connection and fell on top of my head. I was covered in dirt from whatever other customers had vacuumed up. I walked to the other side of my car and used that hose instead. The suction was horrendous, it took for ever to manage to vacuum the minimal amount of dirt my carpet had. I later noticed the head of the vacuum was broken, split in half, no wonder it wasn't suctioning anything! I kept cool and tried not stressing over this because again I only paid $11. Once I finished vacuuming, I decided to purchase and air freshener, and not much of a shocker, but the machine wasn't working yet AGAIN! I am positive that machine has been broken since they opened their establishment. I decided to head to the managers office. When I walked in the manager or supervisor was there. I explained to her that the hose fell on my head, and all she said was that it wasn't their fault, that it happens because other customers tug on the hose too much, it usually happens after like ten people. She kept cutting me off by saying " sorry mama but it's not our fault". I told her that even though I paid $11 I think I deserved some type of compensation. She kept telling me that was impossible, they are unable to give any form of refund. She later told me, fine we could give you a free wash next visit. I said that's better than nothing. She printed a random receipt from another client , the last four of the vida aren't mine, and hand wrote her name on the receipt for me to present next time I go and wash my car. As I was walking back to my car, another guest was asking for the manager for a similar situation that occurred to me. Please be very careful if you choose to go here, the service is HORRIBLE and the hose might fall on top of you, especially if you are lucky number 10! read more

I have come to this locations a few times when I'm in the area. I do like the setup where you wash your car first then you can head over to the vacummn area where you can hand dry and detail your car. I always plan on doing this as the car is never really dried or completely clean after the machine wash. It works for me, not for others. read more

There's this one girl there with black hair, fake nails, annoying voice, arrogant and rude attitude that's always on her cell phone that even though 2 lanes are open she only keeps 1 open! Because she's too lazy to move back-and-forth or thinks people are too stupid to use the machine. Also, the last time I was here she forced me into one lane while 2 other people that were behind me went to the open lane and got their car wash earlier. Thank you Desiree for going above and beyond to help me out. Every time I have been to this location (mornings) before I am never ever able to find anyone that works there to help me out. They offered free car wash for a value of $8. The line was huge and I could not believe my eyes. Not your typical car wash. Things that stood up from the rest: - They have personnel by the paying stations to help the customers with their orders. Glad because I was lost. - There is a continuous flow of cars into the washing area, rather than park and wait your turn for the prior customers. Line moves you automatically, just put the car on neutral and enjoy the service. - They have a person assigned to manually clean your tag area of your vehicle and your rear wiper if your car has one. Mine does. - Vacuums are available and for free, many stations - They have happy hours where there prices are reduced by $2 (daily 8a.m. to 9a.m. and also 6p.m. to 8p.m.) - Friendly staff, so far every time I've been there. - Lastly, they haven't scratched my cars unlike other places. When I entered, the machine blinked on the one that was less expensive and that's what I ended up getting despite paying for the most expensive one. My husband recently became a member and was super happy with the service the first time he came to this location. However, after becoming a member the employees have become rude because he has complained the Members Line is selling memberships and makes the wait time way too long for existing members. They were very good for some time, but the service quality has become extremely poor. The overall experience is bad, and overpriced. 1. Why have a Members only lane when it's not enforced? It's overcrowded and you can get stuck behind someone that takes 20 min to go through. 2. Vacuums are not sufficient. hands down. 3. With their best option, the wheels are not cleaned, the back of the car is always dirty and you need several runs to get bugs off of the front. 4. Employees are really rude. Unless you are at the kiosk buying membership, they are ready to fight you if you ask a simply question. Some of the worst people you can find. 5. You have nowhere to clean rubber mats. El Car Wash at 127 and 8st. I have always come to this Car Wash and everyone has taken care of me and never disrespected me. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Even though twice my husband had to replace his side mirrors on his F150 Truck because the machines broke them. Of course we had to replace them. On January 2nd 2020, I went to get my car washed. There was a car that was like waiting which lane would he go to and was faster. Then I decided to do the same to see what was going on. Well there comes this car and races to get on the left lane of me. I put the window down and I said...I've been waiting and he replied BUT THERE'S 2 LANES.... like if I didn't know that!!! I said I know but something is going on and I was waiting to see which lane went faster. So he replies I'm an educated person! I mean , yeah I can tell very educated. Well he got to the attendant first and told his well educated story! So when the attendant (a large curly blonde girl - I'm sorry didnt get her name) came to my side and I tried to explain to her she had an attitude and all I wanted was to get a chance to explain what happened! She was flashing her hands through her face and did not let me explain. Like she already knew the story and I was wrong! She was saying to the guy to call the cops. That it happens all the time! I wasn't mad and upset or cut anyone off all I wanted was to explain. She kept walking back and forth. So she decided to move all the cars to the left side so that I can back out. I really think that after the new management this Car Wash has gone down. Because last few times they don't wash the back window or put the plastic on rear wiper, it doesn't come out as clean and the dryer doesn't dry. I have also noticed that when they reply on the reviews they have an attitude. Don't they know that the customer is always right! Or at least try to keep them happy like before when they opened. I've been a member of their 19.99 a month "El Basic" wash for almost 3 months. Today for the first time I came to wash my truck and I had a few bird droppings on the rear tailgate. I asked the attendant to please blast the droppings with the pressure washing gun that they have as I go through, he refused. ( They've done this before) He called the manager over that said that the new owners dont allow for what I'm requesting with the basic package and I would need to upgrade! This is terrible business practice, these car wash places use recycled water, is it really that big a deal? Note to "The new owner" focus on your customers experience and compromise with the people who frequent your establishment, those who commit to paying you a reoccurring fee every month are the last one you want to penalize with a move like this. This is probably the worst "El Carwash" I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. The customer service was horrendous. Unfortunately, My car broke down while waiting in the car wash line. I understand the inconvenience it caused for the couple of minutes I was there, but at the same time, this accident could've happened to anybody at any given time. I was forced to push my car all the way out, by myself. Whatever, that part I guess is fine. But even so, other cars still had plenty of space to go in & out & they had enough space to wash & vacuum; regardless of that, I wasn't even able to be there for a couple of minutes to call somebody to come help me or anything & I was forced to push it out myself (again). I understand that it is not their responsibility provide any assistance to me in my time of need.. but instead of being professional about it, they all looked angry and annoyed & couldn't wait to get me out of their sight even though the process of pushing out my car by myself took about 3 minutes & there was no disruption to their business. If I could give no stars I would. Never thought we would get treated like my car is not worth a cent. I went to el Carwash on 121 Sw 8 st to get my wife's car washed. As soon as we finished. My wife noticed a chunk of paint missing from the driver side rear rim. Especially brand new car. The manager told me that they would not fix it. That their is nothing I can do. Not only that, I ask to speak to who ever was above him and he said no. Also I asked to speak to the owner, and he also said no. I asked for a business card, and he said he does not have any. I run a company, and if I made a mistake, I would own up to it. Not turn you back on the customer when they have the right for the manager to figure out a solution. Horrible customer service. I paid for a Carwash, not to get my wheel scratched and not done something about it. I will never get any of my vehicles washed here. I am one of those frequent car wash nuts. Both my fiancé and I have brand new cars so I like to wash them at least once a week. The happy hour deals ($2.00 off) from 8-9 am or 6-8 pm makes it worth while. Many car washes down here in south Florida will dent and scratch your car over time. Not this place they have brand new equipment and then add free vacuum after you can not beat this deal. The times I've been there with a line it's very quick and I'm usually in and out in 25 - 30 mins even after vacuuming. I'm actually a fan of the "El Car Wash" but today they dropped the ball- extremely poor customer service experience. I showed up a few minutes before closing. I was happy that they were still open. I paid for the "deluxe " $14 wash. By the time I pulled out of the car wash & pulled into the area to vacuum they had turned off the vacuums. There were at least 3-4 other cars as well that were already in the process of vacuuming when the machines were shut off. I spoke with the manager on duty and he said that they close at 8:30pm and that they shut everything down at that time so they can leave at a decent time. I can appreciate that but that's extremely poor customer service. They should at least leave the vacuums on for 10 minutes after the last car has gone thru the wash cycle. read more

I came here with my father in-law at 5:58 pm, excited at the prospect of getting my car washed for only $5. I found it odd that there wasn't a line at the time I was getting my car washed. As it turned out the carwash has a happy hour rate for $3 starting at 6 pm. I realized this after purchasing my car wash ticket. I tried to resolve this prior to getting my car washed however good customer service is not an attribute associated with this establishment. Instead of apologizing and asking us to contact the owner tomorrow, they proceeded to have a metro-dade police officer talk to us, who was in line after 6 pm, I hope this was not while on duty and on tax payer dollars. If you go here I would only advise going during their not-so-happy hour, but good luck getting any quality service. Car wash finish was mediocre at best. read more

This is a family experience! I always pick the $16 car wash since it has buff, hot wax, shine, all the good stuff plus it dries it out well. The only negative was today, when I went and the drier didn't function well. I called them and they said that if I brought in the receipt, I'd receive another wash for free. But unfortunately, I threw it out when I started vacuuming my car. But for next time, I'll know if the dryer doesn't work I can re-wash for free. Other than that, it is an awesome experience for the whole family really. My kids love this car wash. It's something we had never experienced before. You have to give it a try! read more
