I requested a deep clean of my car because I had some sauce fall on the carpet of my passenger seat. I had cleaned it up, but some stubborn stains remained. The service was good; however, upon closer inspection I saw a few missed spots. It was pricey: which I was expecting due to the stain. This place has gone down hill fast. They charge d me to wash and wax a cargo trailer and when I went to pick it up it looked worse than I left it. The wax was smeared on and never removed. They never even cleaned to top. When I asked why they did not wash the top I was told that's extra. I will never return. This place is a rip off. read more

When i got my car back is was still dirty in the inside and i have a slash on my leather seat as if someone ripped it with a knife....i told the guy and he said i brought it like that....i would definitely know if my car was damaged on the driver seat..i still paid full price because I'm not going to deal with the drama. $60 basically just to get my car back dirty and damaged. I used to bring my car to this Carwash every month, but not anymore after they have messed up too many times to come back. They did not put back my carpets in my car in the backseats, I did not noticed until the next day. They broke my knob for my car seat. This used to be the place where once I felt at home. The owners are great people with great attitude. I had not attended this car wash in the last 6 months, however yesterday I needed both of my cars cleaned. So I brought them both at the same time, however one of my cars was cleaned within an hour and the other car was given to me 3 hours later! This never happened before but I did notice one of the interior of my cars was not clean 100%, I also noticed the washer crew was under men power, I totally do not know if I keep paying for someone to show up to my house and clean my cars or if I ever comeback to this place to get their service. read more

I took my car in terrible shape, borderline embarrassed. I hadn't gotten a car wash in months and my 2012 interior had never been shampooed. When I got there the line was ridiculous since it's just before Christmas and was anticipating a mediocre job because of the amount of work they had on their hands. Man was I wrong! They left my interior and exterior impeccable and my headlights were restored to like new condition. I almost didn't come here due to the crappy reviews but I'm so glad I followed my gut instead. I did not visit this business and after what I just saw, I never plan to. I was getting out of my car before going into a business in the same shopping center and looked over at the car wash. One of the employees was drying down a car when he went to a nearby tree and began to urinate. After he finished relieving himself, he picked up the towel and continued drying the car. He was getting in and out of the car all after having urinated. I feel sorry for the owner of that car....they will never know what happened. read more

The owners and staff all make you feel at home and take care of your car as if it is their own, Since they get a little busy in the weekends I like to take my car during the week and they finish my car easily within the hour. They'll let you know beforehand how long should you wait, and since it was a Saturday the team was working really hard to get all cars washed! The first time I came to this place I was very please with the service and how they cleaned my car. On my visit last week, I was very disappointed. They failed to clean my windows, dashboard, and inside the doors. I had to tell the owner or manager 3 different times and the car was still not done correctly. DON'T bring your car here. I came on a Wednesday morning... just before 9AM and I was the 1st car they would have to wash. I took advantage and went to Sedanos and did groceries while I waited. I came back and hour and half later to find my car out of the shelter (it was sprinkling) with all my groceries in a cart... only to find out my car was still dirty and not vacuumed. My car was unattended. I asked the other guys what happened and everyone just shrugged and said the guy who was washing my car went to get something to drink. Waited an additional 10min. For him to get back only for him to tell me that my car was NOT finished because "it began to rain." Then why move my car out in the rain before vacuuming and doing everything else? Makes no sense. In addition, after all this back and forth, there were other cars just like mine that were done. Finally had to order a lyft to come get me and take me and my groceries home. I called the owner "sharkie" and complained. All he said was "let me find out what happened" (in Spanish) and then he hung up on me! Customer service was horrible. This is the WORST car wash in Miami! The owner is rude every single time I go. I've tried to give them multiple chances and the last time I went will be the last. I asked the owner to please make sure they clean the rims good because they always leave it dirty he didn't even say okay he literally shakes his head. Of course when they gave me my car back the rims were black and I told him and he gave me attitude as if it was my fault? If you want bad attitude go to this place. They don't like any one critique their job! I went there for full detail and they did a good job cleaning the car, but there are some spots that needs attention and they guy who cleaned the car addressed it. The first one that center box was not vacuum and he vacuum it, and then the cup holder has liquid and he dried it, the seat area between the center box was dirty and he clean it. Then when I went and looked under the seat I found a pen, business card, rapped plastic bag, and some hair. When I complained the guy who said that he is the owner said first why you throw it on the floor. I told him I didn't leave and picked it myself and throw it in the garbage. I know that this was a mistake from my end to throw something on the floor, and I am sorry. At the end everyone was mad at me and they said if you want a like new car go to the dealer, and he said your car was filthy, I told him sorry but my car was dirty not filthy (I am not a filthy guy). Funny enough that when I brought the car they said the car will be like new. The owner closed the door and he said goodbye in a rude way. I am not that picky, but I paid $100 for a full detail and this is what I got. The owner told me that they clay bar the car, but the guy who took the car said that he did the roof and front only. Great place! Very humble people and they will take the time to ensure your car is clean. If you're not satisfied, they're work with you to make sure you leave a happy customer. The owner is very nice and will even let you know if the wait is too long. Ultimately, it's a great price and my car is always well taken care of. Definitely the best car wash. I will NEVER bring my car here again. I made the mistake of not checking my car before paying for it. I had to wash it myself right after. It had dried suds all over the outside, bird poop on the drivers door and roof, and the inside was very poorly cleaned as well. They didn't even clean my car mats! I don't know what they used on my leather seats but it lefts streak marks all over them. I can't even believe this place is still in business. Save yourself the $20 and take it down the street to the car wash in the extra supermarket. They do a MUCH better job. Although really, any place would be better than this. read more

I was verbally assaulted by the owner in front of my wife and two toddlers. They did a terrible job cleaning my vehicle and had 4 men around me giving me all sorts of excuses as to why they can't clean my vehicle better and constantly insulting my intelligence by telling me "you obviously don't understand" and trying to put their arms around me. My vehicle is one year old with a clear coat protecting the paint. I refused to pay for this awful experience and their employee cornered me between 4 cars not letting me pass yelling demanding that I pay or he would call the cops. He dashed towards me as if to push me and seemed to have thought twice before doing it. I took out my phone and said I would call the cops right now and he ran back to his station. The owner then continues to yell all sorts of bad words while doing aggressive gestures walking towards me. My wife is ready to call the cops and my babies are asking why is that man yelling at dad. Just as I was about do dial 911 all 4 men scatter and the owner moves away yelling at me to leave. Honestly the only reason I didn't call the police is because my kids did not need to see any more of this. All in all, they could of just taken the loss as they admitted the vehicle was poorly cleaned and even given me a free wash to give them a 2nd chance. Instead they insulted, threatened and tried to intimidate me in front of my family to make me pay them a miserable $30. Here are some photos taken before it escalated. I blacked out myself and vehicle for privacy. The man with the blue and black sweater, sunglasses and camo hat is the "owner". By the way, I took my vehicle home and washed it myself. This car wash was absolutely unacceptable. They don't even deserve one star on yelp. I made the mistake of not checking the interior of the car before I paid them. As I was driving back home I started noticing little things like streaks on my leather, dirty spots on the center console of the car, dirt on my windows, etc. When I got home, I ended up having to clean the entire car again!!! Wet suds everywhere, streaks on my leather everywhere, and remnants of BIRD POOP on the windows!!!!!! I would love to know what the heck they cleaned in my car. The outside still had dirt and they didn't dry the suds so there were dried up water marks everywhere. They also didn't clean my mats (I know this bc when I got home i cleaned them with soap and water and there was a significant difference) and they also flipped my car mat the wrong way so all the water that was pooled onto my car mat was pretty much flipped over and is now ALL OVER MY CAR INTERIOR. Please do yourself a favor and don't pay for this carwash. Any other car wash is better than this. read more
