This place is an example of why I should give more second chances…read more I usually don't stop here. It looks dingy from the outside, and on a previous visit sometime last year, the woman behind the counter wouldn't get off her cell phone long enough to listen to what I needed. I stopped in August 2 2018, about 4:00pm looking for a particular drink that my usual place was out of. I was surprised when I walked in. This store is not new, yet it is probably the cleanest gas station I have ever entered. It even SMELLED clean. There were a handful of customers inside, even a couple standing at the counter joking with the man working. I walked to the coolers looking around and didn't see what I needed. I was about to leave, when the man called out to me to ask if I needed help finding anything. I didn't want to be rude, so I told him what I was looking for. Full Throttle, Orange flavor. They didn't carry it, but he told me to check back with him in a week and he would have it. Normally, I dismiss things like that as empty customer service promises, but yesterday, on the 10th, about 6pm, I decided to stop in because the QT was packed. HE HAD STOCKED MY DRINK. He even remembered me when I walked in, and came around to show me where he had put them in the cooler! I had assumed the couple from the previous visit were friends of his, but this time I noticed he greeted and joked with almost ALL the customers that came in the store. A few, he even called by name! Again, I noticed how clean and fresh it was inside. The girl working with him was friendly and cheerful, and no one was waiting, despite a constant rotation of people coming in. I had to ask what had changed. Turns out the store is under new ownership, and simple things like cleanliness and helpfulness are now priorities. I was impressed. A convenience store with the feel of a neighborhood restaurant. After remembering to stock my drinks, I felt a five minute review was an appropriate recompense. They've earned my business. I'll definitely be stopping in again.

I've always filled up gas here or QT whenever I'm on Lawrenceville-Suwanee and it always just seems to have the best gas on. The gas station does seem a little bootleg but don't just a gas station by its appearance because you only need very minimal things for gas. I think I've been in the gas station maybe a few times but I didn't really need much except gas. I will say... it is not open 24 hours like Racetrac so don't come here at 3AM expecting it to be open!

Not only…read moredoes Speedway offer some of the best in customer service but the SpeedyCafe is open 24/7 offering a great menu with a large variety of options for quick, good food prepared fast and ready in minutes. This location is on a busy four-lane highway but fortunately has a light with a left-hand turn lane in for easy access both in and out of the store. They are open seven days a week and I have been visiting here for over ten months on a regular basis a few times a month at various times and they have always been staffed with the kitchen open and all menu items in stock, unlike some other SpeedyCafe locations I have visited. You order on one of several kiosk touchscreens and then take the ticket to the checkout to pay with any other items. Usually by the time you are finished paying your order number is called and your food is ready to pick up. From burgers, subs, paninis, pizza, and burritos they have a full selection of items all cooked to your order and fresh. Gas prices tend to be competitive with other vendors and usually less by a little. If you use their app you will earn points and you can earn points, get discounts or free items and receive some substantial gas discounts. I recently was able to exchange points for a $0.80 per gallon discount on a fill up while traveling. Speedway is definitely my preferred place to stop and this location is one of the better ones in our local area.

Instead I arrive at 11:27 pm Saturday night and the place was locked down like Fort Knok. No lights. Completely shut down. Interesting thing is, THEY DON'T POST OPEN HOURS ON THE DOOR to cross compare Google declared hours to posted hours. So if you are coming with a need DON'T COME AFTER 9 PM. You might not find it open and APPARENTLY CORPORATE DOESN'T CARE.
