Some are great, attentive, friendly, can get your order right. Then there's 2 of them, I go in, I try to avoid one when I can. She has 0 personality, acts as if grabbing things behind the counter is such a huge waster of her time, she's on the phone most of the time, on speaker, you have to tell her more then a few times, because she grabs the wrong things, or tries to charge you for extra stuff. I went there once with $57 of winning lotto tickets. She scanned them, I told her I wanted $40 on power ball. She rang it up and said I owed $10. Once that was corrected she handed me $57, not asking if I wanted anything else. I stayed there and I asked for 5 items, and she lazily went over getting the wrong ones, I had to tell her again, and she rolled her eyes and went back to get them. Then today, I turned In winning tickets, asked for 10 draws, $4 each on powerball, what did I get? 20 draws at $2 each . I didn't catch it in time and walked out with them. I had to ask this other lady and clarify a few times exactly what I wanted. This place is going down hill!

Outside there's no loitering people so one can feel safe while outside of the vehicle. Inside it's the cleanest station around. The floors are routinely cleaned while the air ducts are free of dust and debris (yes I pay attention to that). Next the fountain machines appear to be clean as well with a nice variety of soft drinks. The shelves are always stocked full with snacks and munchies along with drinks in the fridges. The best part is there's always at least two cashiers and their fast. Moreover the card readers are fairly new so they speed up the process as well if you're inside. The people are extremely friendly too! Again, if you need to hit a gas station for any reason, this is the one to hit. They're clean, fast and safe so you'll be in and out before you know it!

They have several pumps, ample space for parking, and a nice car wash. They keep the property clean inside and out. There are hand sanitizer dispensers at every pump and I've seen employees emptying the trash on occasion. Inside, you can grab snacks or a beverage from the aisles, as well as chapstick, hand sanitizer, or other little toiletries. They have a snack bar and kitchen where they make hot plates of food. They are always busy, but not in an annoying way. They move the lines fast. I've only utilized the restrooms twice and they've always been clean. It's tricky getting out at times, but knowing the flow of traffic helps. There are three noticable entry/exit areas, but there are actually really four. There are two on either ends of the pumps. The one closest to the carwash is hard to exit unless someone kindly let's you in since it's a few feet away from a traffic light. The other end is the best way to exit if you're heading toward the interstate. The rear entry/exit off of Palmetto Commerce is great if you are heading away from the interstate and down Palmetto Commerce. Sometimes, you can skirt across to get back heading towards the interstate. Right next to that is a road that actually leads to a neighborhood Walmart and a traffic light, which is very helpful if you're heading down Ladson Road towards Dorchester Rd. While my boyfriend was washing his car, I went into the store to use the bathroom. The restroom was impressive. It was clean. It also had huge privacy walls in between stalls. Sunoco off of Ladson road is in a very safe area of town. Moreover it's extremely easy to get in and out of in a relatively fast manner. Inside is wide open and relatively clean. While I didn't go through all the isles, it's better than some gas stations where you feel a bit antsy. The shelves are stocked with plenty of snack selections. Also for those who are "Mt Dew" nutcases like me, they have the exclusive Infinite Swirl in their fountain machine. Trust me - get it, it's awesome As for the employees the clerk was pretty nice and fast. I didn't inspect the bathrooms so nothing there to report. Also, I can't speak on gas b/c I didn't fill up. That means I'm not sure about pump speed, if they have window washing units or an air tank. But if you're just needing to stop on in, there should be no issues.

Each time, I pull up to a pump (different pump each time, BTW) and it doesn't work. The issues are generally different, but usually have to do with Pay at the Pump. Once, I pulled up to a pump, discovered it didn't work, backed up to the pump behind, to find that one didn't work either. If the gas was cheaper, the issues could be overlooked. It certainly isn't.
