I am definitely a Spinx lover! However, this location is not easy to get in and out of no matter where you are coming and going from. I also had an issue with the car wash and it damaging my car. After reporting it and filing a claim, Spinx decided not to do anything about it since there is a disclaimer apparently when using the car wash. I just go to different Spinx locations now. read more

Good fried chicken. The girl serving me was very nice. Potato wedges were good. The biscuit was hard and seemed to be pre-made. Overall pretty good for a quick meal. read more

I have had three bad car washes in a row from the one on I-26 and Jedburg Road. Their underbody doesn't work great and the big juice never takes the bugs off in addition it left mud on my truck and I didn't have that much mud. Today I went to the location on Highway 17 and College Park to try and get the mud off that the other wash didn't. Underbody didn't come on till I was halfway thru and still had bugs when I got out along with some more mud still on truck. I keep my truck very clean and I usually get it washed twice a week and this is irritating me. I only went hunting on a dirt road while it was raining so there wasn't a great deal of mud! I might as well get their cheaper wash feather than pat $9. And they want you to get the monthly plan! Yeah right! read more

Went here just to buy hotdogs for my kids. And this is why ill go to a Kangaroo for this. They are cheaper better, and you can get it yourself. Not only did I have to order them, I had to have them made for me. And then I had to wait(now its becoming a restaurant??), over ten minutes on two women who were unable to talk and work at the same time. Oh and they got the order wrong. Another ten minutes. The best part was, the hotdogs I ordered were plain. Is it that hard to do? Let us serve our own food. If we want that kind of service I will go to taco bell. Their food is miles better anyway. Ill give it two stars because it was much cleaner there than what I am used to. Still not going back there though. read more

Shout out to social media, particularly "Yelp". This matter is being handled and taken care of by the district manager personally. SpinX takes customer satisfaction seriously, so serious in that the manager reached out to me directly. No need to go into details as of the events that took place only that it was serious enough for me to feel the need to take it to this level. The matter is being handled and I trust will be resolved shortly. That being said and true to my word about using social media in doing whatever was necessary to get this matter resolved I am returning the favor by updating my review and would like to thank SpinX for their quick response. Always clean inside, friendly staff who run through crowded lines quickly. Shelves always stocked and beer is always cold (in the beer fridge, of course). Gas pumps are always clean and LOVEEEE that I can use cash at the pump...especially f I have my son or dogs with me. read more

This is the best car wash facility around. Now that my car is 5 years old I don't mind the brushes. My favorite part is the area on the outside where you can hand wipe anything you want on your car. Rags and vacuum is free. I prepay every month. I got a windshield device that lets me drive right in only once a day, and every day if I want to. read more

I come into this place all the time since I am a travel therapist and have sought out the best place for snacks, bathrooms, and cheap gas. Every time I walk in it's always clean, including the bathrooms. Not really a fan of those weird sink hand dryers but they provide paper towels. So yay for options. Their brewed tea never tastes old. I'm super critical of brewed tea and they haven't let me down yet. I've tried their deli and chicken sandwiches, and I've gotta say, they can compete with the surrounding fast food places. The cashier's are always friendly and helpful, and I have not had a problem with any of the gas pumps. Gotta love spinx! read more

I'm a frequent customer at Spinx but this was my first time visiting this location and will be my last. I witnessed a male employee go completely belligerent on a customer over what seemed to be a small misunderstanding. I've worked in customer service for many years now and I've had my fair share of difficult customers but this employee was out of line. If you cannot handle a stressful situation without losing your temper or just being a hot head then customer service is not for you. Shame on the other employees for just standing there. I guess that kind of behavior is tolerated. read more
