I reached out to Open road Honda and they gave me a generous $3200 Costco discount on top of their dealership offers. Later I reached out to Honda of Princeton and to my surprise Julie Lee Davis (her name) gave me a quote with only $1701 discount and also removed dealer specific offers. When I emailed the Open Road Honda quote and asked why she was trying to fool me , she never replied. After couple of days when I emailed again, saying I will make this HONDA OF PRINCETON and Julie Lee Davis famous and let others know how they are trying to rip off potential buyers , I started getting calls even from the GM. Overall, Never go to HONDA OF PRINCETON. They are dishonest and never buy any car from them. There are lots of other dealerships, try there but not Honda of Princeton and always avoid Julie Lee Davis the sales woman.

I've been a customer (2017) and I haven't had any absurd issues with this place. I purchased my car…read morehere and have come back for 4 oil changes and services at this point. Prices are typical for a manfacturer service place, but a bit steep vs your local car servicer (e.g. brake fluid flush ~160, transmission fluid replacement ~140, rear differential fluid change ~110, as of July 22, 2020). If you're looking for cheaper, go somewhere else. I like the assurance of using my home car dealership however. Pre-COVID, there was always a nice indoor waiting room with tables and outlets, bagels available for breakfast and some snacks after lunch, a coffee machine, plenty of seating and a nice service staff. At the end of the oil change, they throw in a free car wash for next door. Post-COVID, the differences are that the waiting room has been brought outside (outdoor tables) with a few indoor ones scattered at least 6 ft apart, there's a mask requirement, and there's no more snacks and free car washes. Not sure if theyre still doing the promo, but when I purchasesd my car, I received a lifetime of free oil changes. Its definetely been a nice bonus. My main qualm is that oil changes are first come first serve and theyre closed on Sunday. It stinks when I can't get off work early enough and am left to the cramming it in on one weekend day. They do have extended hours on Tues and Thurs, so it does help. If you absolutely don't want to deal with walk in oil changes, they let you schedule services online and I'm sure I'm sure you can tack on an oil change while youre there.

In my last two service visits to HOP, I noticed the "service reps" were quoting absurdly high prices with no parts and labor details, and when I asked a question it took forever to get a response. I didn't think that every interaction had to be a negotiation with these folks. It is now just as stressful to get your car fixed at this dealer as it is to buy a car. I suppose the surrounding community is willing to pay their prices without question. I didn

"Baker Jeep Family"…read more For starters let's just say their family setup is impeccable. From the time you book your appointment, to the time you drive off the lot you're introduced to the family you never knew you needed.  Brianna- "The receptionist" the spunky fun cousin, who invites you over and welcome's you into the Jeep family.  Camille- The sweetest " Sales Mom" you'll ever meet. She's heard it all before. You come in like me wanting a 2025 " Jeep Wrangler" fully loaded with Beer money and a -2 credit score. She'll listen to you and tell you that one day that can all be yours, but today let's look at something more reasonable and safe for you.  Jeff- "The Uncle" Finance representative. He's straight to the point. He can only work with what's in front of him. He'll try his best to get you in what you like, but at the end of he day facts are facts and this is a tough time to buy any car. Come in knowing a little about your credit background " He'll like that"  "Paul" The dad" he doesn't want to see you, until it's time for dinner " "closing the deal" at this point your mind is already made up, he's worked his magic with the banks and everyone is happy. He's been doing this a while you can tell and he's trying his best to keep the entire family happy.  Closing- Camille does this thing where everyday at "Jeep" is Christmas  and she allows you too pick a keychain off of her mini tree. It's honestly the cutest thing Ever. I picked the gummy bears  and I'm never taking it off. Before leaving she took my hand and said "Can I pray with you and for you" I was honestly shocked but corroborated. She closed the deal with the most beautiful message and asked God to travel with me throughout my "Jeep" Journey.  I'm not sure what Jeep I walked away with, I just know I want it again jkjkjkjkjkjkjk. I am a proud owner of a 2020 "Jeep Compass " and based on the way I was treated here, I'll forever be a Jeep girl.  Thank you  Iasia Blackman

A classic and unbelievable BAIT AND SWITCH company. DO NOT USE!…read more I made an appointment for my Toyota FJ Cruiser, which needs a few specialty parts (I've had the windshield done before so I know this) and they quoted me $371. On the day of the install, the tech calls and said "I dont have the parts, they didn't tell me I needed them." Ok, very frustrating, but I rescheduled AND called back to CONFIRM that they knew what vehicle they were replacing. They said yes, all set. Then, on the morning of the second appointment, the tech called me and said, "Okay, so it will be $651." Yes, almost THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS more. I called the office and the guy said, "well, it's an FJ Cruiser and it needs special parts." Well no kidding, you knew that from the beginning! What an absolute joke and waste of my time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. There is no way they have a 4.7 out of 5 stars, that has to be fake. Run as fast as you can from this joke of a company.
