I am writing this review to compliment Brandon, a long-time member of the service team. Brandon…read morejust again provided exceptional professionalism and care today (along with the rest of the service team behind the scenes). He continued to prove how knowledgeable, efficient, genuine, and caring he is as a person and as a Honda employee. If I could give Brandon more than five stars I would given that he went out of his way to proactively diagnose and fix several issues with the car that I might not have found otherwise (along with an oil change) such as a problem with the rear tail light. I trust his rates as fair, and he really seems to have the customer's best interest in mind. I trust that he is being recognized for his exceptional work with Honda by management! Thank you Brandon! My family has also commented over the years how much they appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism so I felt it's time for a review!

I got free oil changes for life, but I will not take my car there again. I'd rather pay for it then have people try to cheat me. They said I needed new brakes at $500, so I went for a second opinion and was told the brakes were fine. I finally had to change them out four years after that. I hear this from lots of people, they're sort of shady.

I've been a customer (2017) and I haven't had any absurd issues with this place. I purchased my car…read morehere and have come back for 4 oil changes and services at this point. Prices are typical for a manfacturer service place, but a bit steep vs your local car servicer (e.g. brake fluid flush ~160, transmission fluid replacement ~140, rear differential fluid change ~110, as of July 22, 2020). If you're looking for cheaper, go somewhere else. I like the assurance of using my home car dealership however. Pre-COVID, there was always a nice indoor waiting room with tables and outlets, bagels available for breakfast and some snacks after lunch, a coffee machine, plenty of seating and a nice service staff. At the end of the oil change, they throw in a free car wash for next door. Post-COVID, the differences are that the waiting room has been brought outside (outdoor tables) with a few indoor ones scattered at least 6 ft apart, there's a mask requirement, and there's no more snacks and free car washes. Not sure if theyre still doing the promo, but when I purchasesd my car, I received a lifetime of free oil changes. Its definetely been a nice bonus. My main qualm is that oil changes are first come first serve and theyre closed on Sunday. It stinks when I can't get off work early enough and am left to the cramming it in on one weekend day. They do have extended hours on Tues and Thurs, so it does help. If you absolutely don't want to deal with walk in oil changes, they let you schedule services online and I'm sure I'm sure you can tack on an oil change while youre there.

In my last two service visits to HOP, I noticed the "service reps" were quoting absurdly high prices with no parts and labor details, and when I asked a question it took forever to get a response. I didn't think that every interaction had to be a negotiation with these folks. It is now just as stressful to get your car fixed at this dealer as it is to buy a car. I suppose the surrounding community is willing to pay their prices without question. I didn

BUT Larry (and his amazing team!) made the entire experience so pleasant from beginning to end. I never once felt pressured, rushed, or pushed into anything. His guidance was spot-on, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to Larry, I found my Barbie Dream Car, and the whole process felt smooth and enjoyable instead of overwhelming. I can't recommend working with him and the entire team enough. Thank you for making my dream (car) come true!!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on February 14, 2026, and within nine days, it required…read moreimmediate repairs that should have been addressed prior to sale. Since then, the vehicle has been out of service for an extended period. Communication has been inconsistent, and attempts to escalate the issue to management have gone largely unanswered. What makes this situation particularly concerning is that I have now made two monthly payments (over $1,100) on a vehicle that I have not had proper use of. This reflects a serious failure in both pre-sale inspection and post-sale customer care. At this point, this is no longer a routine service delay--it is a failure to deliver a vehicle in appropriate condition and a lack of accountability in resolving the issue. I am currently seeking: Reimbursement or credit for payments made during the period the vehicle has been unusable Rental coverage or transportation support A written repair guarantee and confirmed timeline I have escalated this matter to both dealership leadership and corporate, and I am pursuing a resolution through appropriate consumer protection channels. I would strongly advise future buyers to ensure all pre-sale conditions are fully addressed and documented before completing a purchase.
