Both were extremely rude and acted as though I was a bother. I always make sure to thank employees for grabbing me my cigarettes or just for simply doing their job. I tried to turn a blind eye on the first occasion, after the employee blatantly ignored me to continue talking to a different employee (this one a male), along with messing around with her phone; she turned to me and so clearly rolled her eyes while saying, "yes?!? ‍" Did not say another word to me except that either. The second time I go into this place, the lady behind the counter reacts the same way, but even worse. No, "hello, how can I help you?... ". Not even a simple "what can I get for you?" from this lady. The woman stood there and stared at me like I was an alien from planet Mars until I asked her for the cigarettes I wanted. That didn't even bother me as much as I have became used to the poor quality of customer service this place generates, but then she proceeded to chop it up with a gentleman behind me, and said not ONE WORD to me; the customer she was currently helping. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience that I do believe I have ever had in my life!

The overhead lights seemed dimmer than at other GetGo gas stations. I didn't not check out the inside but from the outside it also looked not really up to brand. It didn't feel unsafe, but it definitely felt rundown and poorly managed. Gas prices here were about 20 cents higher than at the other gas stations. I was too tired to look for any other nearby gas stations. The gas station is conveniently located pretty close to the highway so it was a plus. If you're in a rush, it'll do. But if you've got options, I'd recommend finding a cleaner, more functional station nearby. GetGo usually does better--but this one felt like it was running on fumes.

My issue is that more often than not, the soda machine has issues. Today the Diet Pepsi wasn't working, and that was the sole reason I stopped. The warmed marinara plus ooey gooey cheese is pretty much perfection. The staff here were great as well. The cashier and I chatted away like old pals. The Sheetz brand always has such a high level of cleanliness, which is super important to us. This location was no exception. I arrived a few minutes early and approached the right side of the counter where the employees enter. I waited to be acknowledged for roughly 2 minutes by the 2 women behind the counter. I finally say " I am with DoorDash and I am here to pick up..." and then the women in the neon reflective vest snaps at me "you're just going to have to wait ". So I stand there waiting while noticing the sealed delivery bag no more than 5 feet from me behind the counter. At 1 minute past when the order is promised to be ready I say " may I please have my order?" The woman in the vest becomes irrate. " I told you to wait! I am busy!" And other statements I can't recall. I respond with I did wait. It's late." The other woman behind the counter joins in " you need to unassign yourself from the dash and leave now!" So I get on the phone to report it to DoorDash. While I am on the phone and after about another 5 minutes the woman in the vest comes over and picks up the sealed delivery bag and moves it 5 feet and says" there you go." I do not know why the employees at this location felt it necessary to treat a delivery driver contracted to delivery product from their store to their customer so poorly. Terrible experience just trying to do my job with your company!
