Kevin at the shell station was friendly and kept us updated the entire time with the repair. He even touched base with my mechanic in NJ since I had just had my radiator replaced. The van was towed in Wednesday at 5:30p and I picked it up Thursday at 5:30p. They even stayed late to finish it. The bill was reasonable. I've lived in a tourist town for almost 20 years and know how some shops take advantage of tourists. The guys at Bridge Shell were honest, conscientious of our time and well priced.
