Heading to Denver, I stopped for gas and noticed the back of my bronco was covered with oil. I opened my hood to see they had broken the dipstick tube off and it was gone. The tech just stuck the dipstick in the hole left by the broken tube. I had no way to see how much had been lost so i dumped in a quart of oil and kept an extra for spare. When I got back to town I went back to talk to the manager. No apology, no concern. His response was to tell me its not their fault I drive a piece of junk. I would avoid this place like the plague. Incompetent techs and management that are real A-holes. I really hope this place goes belly up

They have tons of pump. Some of the pumps are set up for large RV's and trucks with trailers...easy drive through. They have diesel, the standard 3 different octanes, and one that has something to do with ethanol (it has a blue handle). I really have no idea what someone could complain about here.

On our way out of Montrose, we discovered a nail in my rear tire. Big O Tires was the closest to us and ultimately they were able to patch the tire. Definitely a boys club of mechanics inside, but they were able to get the job done bright and early. $25 and 30 minutes later, we were out the door. Thought I'd hop on here to give these guys a quick shout out. I hope you don't find yourselves in a similar position, but it's bound to happen from time to time. Schwab came up on Google's list and I called it first, because some time ago the Schwab shop in Juneau, Alaska had fixed--without charge or complaint--a problem that they did not cause. I called and they said they could get on it right away. We arrived and 20 minutes later, the car was ready to go. When I pulled out my credit card, the tech waved it away: Complimentary road service, I was told. The chances that I will be in Montrose again with a tire problem in my lifetime are non-existent, but somewhere in the country I'll have another tire issue and if Schwab is in the neighborhood--they'll get my business.
