I checked the roof to see if they had waxed it yet, and mentioned it to the person that it was still dry. The cashier told me he's the best, and I assumed he would get it. I walked off and waited until he was done. At 610pm, my van was ready. I checked the roof again, and still dry. I told the guy, and he told me he got to the places he could reach, which wasn't very high, because it was all unwaxed. They told me to return the next day so they could correct it... But they had the van for 9 hours. The cashier offered to take off the oversized fee, but still rang me up and forgot to apply my coupon for $20 off. When I got home I noticed it hasn't been buffed out and the back door was not waxed. Bummer. $130 for a 15 min job. Whatever. Getting a car detailed in fxbg is hit or miss. Definitely not recommending this place.

Lack of communication was EXTREMELY poor and they charged us over $2,000 to install a transmission. They knew we were desperate and needed to leave the area. The lady working in the office left us hanging and then when we did get a hold of her she acted like she cared .... Ha!!! They ripped us off by overcharging us and did a piss poor job of mounting the hardware and wires (which we didn't find out until months later FRANKS TRUCK & AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR IS A RIPOFF!!!! And should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of someone in desperate need. Don't waste your money on this business as they are NOT honest nor trustworthy.

One was very rude. . One man who is working in the computer seemed very nice.. but my big reason for this post was Nicholas. Visited this car wash on a Saturday afternoon. About four young adults were running the place. They didn't have the proper cleaning supplies the staff needed to actually deliver a full service. You could tell everyone was rushing because it was getting busy, and the workers looked pretty inexperienced. One of them was openly complaining. I didn't see a manager anywhere--if there was one, they weren't managing. Customers were also struggling with the kiosk and figuring out how to line their cars up on the ramp and place the tires correctly. The employee working the entrance couldn't communicate clearly or get cars into the right position and had to pull another worker over to help. It's a Saturday, so of course it's packed--that's when everyone wants their car washed. This place just wasn't managed properly and didn't have the supplies needed for the full service they advertise. If you don't equip your employees, you shouldn't be offering it. Two out of five stars.
