My car broke down on 26 at 10:00 pm and it was scary- I was just able to get to the shoulder and as…read morecars passed no one moved over or slowed down. I called AAA and they estimated their expedited response would be 1:30 am. Life360 roadside couldn't send a tow unless I knew where to have it towed. Being from out of town I had no idea where to tow it. Got on Yelp, called Davidson Towing and he answered right away, told me not to worry he'd be there in 20-30 mins. He arrived as promised, got my car on the flatbed and took it back to his shop to be kept overnight. He has a calm and reassuring demeanor which was much appreciated. He took at look at the obvious culprits for my car breaking down and wasn't able to spot anything so he worked the next day to find a solution but wasn't able to. (We took it to Chevy and they couldn't either - something electrical that we hope was just a loose terminal to the battery which was tightened.) Thank you Dustin for rescuing me - much appreciated!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!…read more Dustin and his "uncle" have swindled me out of about $2000 indicating that they could service an engine that they could not service. Then convincing me to buy a new engine that they installed. When the car overheated, Dustin gave wrong advice on how to keep the car from overheating. And we are now having to get every seal replaced in the newer engine. Bolts were missing, including all for the motor mount. I am now having to spend that money again to get the engine repaired. Edited to remove the he said she said but still would like to know why he cared what her parents (me and her dad) do for a living... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY AND COMPANY! Take this for what it's worth - if you want a response after he does crappy work and blocks you, a review is the only way to get a response from him. Maybe he could call and discuss this like a reputable company instead of asking his uncle for permission to take accountability and make a refund. Dustin - My messages show that I picked it up on 2/2 and on 2/3 my daughter texted that she was broke down on the side of the road. Your response was that you would pick it up with your tow truck. On the 5th you picked it up. On 2/7 you recommended wiring the car to have fans in at all times because he couldn't get them to turn on when the temp hits "210" degrees. As far as waiting this long to write a review, I have had it in the shop for a month getting seals placed, and bolts added that were neglected on your part, Dustin. I'm still waiting on the total so expect in the next month an update with a total of how much your inadequacies cost me.

About a week ago, on the road trip we're currently on, we were headed to Ft. Lauderdale, FL. At about 1:30pm something flew out from under the truck in front of us. Traffic was busy, Alan saw it, could not get away from it, straddled it, and it hit underneath the car with a Bang! We planned to pull off the road as quick as possible to check the car for damage and someone pulled up beside us and told us we had a leak. Next exit we pull into a gas station, get out, and sure enough gas is pouring out of the gas tank. Whatever it was had ripped a foot long gash in the gas tank. We googled tow service in the little town we were in and got these guys. That turned out to be the luckiest thing that could've happened to us. Carlie answered the phone. She sent her husband, Greg, to pick us up. While talking with her she told me Greg does auto repair too. Alan had already started googling gas tanks for the car and found out that a new tank was over $500 and would take a week to get. Our only hope was to find a used one. Carlie was able to give me the names of several salvage yards around the area and we were able to locate 1 gas tank 60 miles away. And it was just $85. When Greg got there to pick up the car we talked about the situation. He said he could fix the car for us and he'd work after hours to get us on the road that evening. Greg loaded the car up and drove us to u-haul to rent a truck to go get that gas tank. While we did that, he and his employees took the old tank out of the car and waited for us to return. It's now 6:30pm and we're back with the gas tank. Greg and Carlie tell us to go get some dinner at the new little Mexican restaurant and they'd have us ready to go when we got back. We got back from dinner and they were indeed finished. The car was parked outside waiting for us. We chatted for a little bit and they followed us to a gas station to make sure we got gas and everything was good. We shook hands and said our fairwells. I just can't say enough good things about these folks. The were kind, helpful, willing to go the extra mile at every turn so that we weren't left stranded. They were professional, knowledgeable, and their pricing was very fair and reasonable. Alan and I left there feeling like we'd made friends. Thank you Greg and Carlie for all you did to help us. We're so grateful to have meet you and wish you great success. ~Neal and Beth~
