But on this night, March 9, 2026 at 10 pm. That was the most pathetic excuse for service that I have ever seen. All around. 3 different people. New girl, a guy, and the manager. The worst in WARSAW. Everyone has bad days. But I hope you guys use this as an opportunity to care about something in your lives so that you can respect yourself enough to understand how to respect others.....don't mistake this as a distinction because you are bored and have nothing to think about, or dismiss it as just another "stupid customer" as I have seen you guys do before when reading a bad review. If the primary district manager does not do something to improve this, then the Regional manager should get involved and make sure that this level of poor service never be able to occur again without the employees at least remembering that there is some accountability of some sort within the company. It would seem currently, there is absolutely ZERO at this location. And so I assume the district also....no. no one did anything to make it exciting. It was just boring and mindless patheticness. Taken to the extreme. It's incredibly painful to be forced to observe such stupidity.

Prices are good and it's open 24/7, and it's very well lit (I felt very safe filling up my car alone late at night). Real Sheetz fans know that the attached convenience store is one of the best around. They have so many soda options, snacks, ice cream, coffee, and more. Just about everything you could ever want or need for a road trip or long car ride. Even better, they have a terrific deli that makes great sandwiches for cheap. Now, I'm more of a Wawa fan when it comes to gas station delis, but Sheetz's is pretty legit. This is a great place to pick up an inexpensive, reasonably healthy meal. They have a few picnic style tables outside so you can eat when you want to take a break from driving, and the bathrooms were very clean with no waiting. This is a great stop if you need a bit of R&R while on the road.

Unfortunately, I don't like the rubbery smell of Subway bread, so I ducked in and out as quickly as I could. But if you're not me and you like Subway, you can get your foot longs here to go or dine inside at one of the tables they have at the little restaurant. The convenience store is a good place to load up on some snacks, which is that we did.

Warren turn a relatively bad situation into a much better than okay one…read more We had engine trouble which led us to Cecil's Exxon on the Circle but then our car shut down completely. Warren offered to tow us to our repair location but also access our problem before we left. He was almost able to get us back on the road had it not been for the water pump. Warren was very meticulously in the handling of our vehicle and securing for the tow. You could tell he takes pride in his work. This business has been in the family since 1959 when his grandfather Cecil opened it. If you are through Newton's Grove, stop for some fuel and say hi to Warren.
