    Everything about this pharmacy sucks... their customer service is garbage, the staff always seems…read moreto have an attitude, a lot of medications are out of stock... nothing but problems here. You have a prescription sent in by a provider days in advance, attempt to call to make sure it's ready, they tell you it will be ready two days later at 11 am, you drive 20 miles one way to pick it up, get to the window to be told "we have nothing for you"... this is a constant problem here and it's not only me having this issue. Even my neurologist says she has constant issues with this pharmacy.

    I just moved to Dunn recently and have been doing my Chime deposits to my Chime card here. Never…read morehad an issue until tonight. I purchased Tylenol with one card and got $20 cash back with that purchase, then told the cashier(Ammie or however it is spelled) that I wanted to deposit money on my chime card. I gave her the $20 she gave me from the register that I received from my cash back and then pulled a $20 bill, a $1 bill and 4 quarters from pocket and laid on the counter. I told her to deposit $42. She scanned my code, took the two $20 bills and scanned them on the what I assume is a machine to ensure they aren't counterfeit bills and then asked if I wanted a receipt. I declined and thanked her. Halfway to my car, my chime app said I received a $22 deposit so I immediately walked back in and showed it to her on my phone which she replied "You should have gotten that receipt". She called another employee whom wouldn't give me her first name over and told her the situation saying "We owe her $20, so we can either give it to her from the register or upload it on her card". I told her I'd rather it be on my card. I waited and waited, and overheard Aimme saying she got distracted due to another coworker talking to her during my deposit transaction. Finally, Aimmee and another coworker who wouldn't provide her first name to me came up to me and told me they counted the register and it came out right so essentially telling me I didn't give them $42, only $22. I looked at the lady who did the transaction and told her "You know I got cash back and gave you TWO twenties" and she replied "ehh I really don't know that." I felt like I was in the twilight zone. She seemed to remember perfectly fine when I walked back in after noticing my deposit was missing $20. I was livid and definitely raised my voice telling them I had waited over 30 minutes(in reality it was an hour) to which Aimee said "no one asked you to wait"... Like, what else was I suppose to do? Walk out of the store without my $20? Earlier, she even apologized to me noticing I was getting frustrated for the wait time literally saying "I am sorry, we will get it fixed soon". I I was told to speak to the manager the next day, but the other employee had been on the phone with the manager and was told not to give me MY money back since the register counted correctly. I called corporate and they will be looking into this for me. I would advise everyone to find another location to do Chime deposits or count your change because that was ridiculous and I am livid. My chime transaction was done around 7:22 and I didn't leave until close to 8:30 PM. My phone literally died waiting in the store. I can't believe this was allowed. Either someone did not count properly or someone is a thief. I wouldn't waste an hour of my time ever especially if I really wasn't missing money for $20 knowing I still had to drive 30 minutes one way to my old house to pick up some items to move to my new house still. I can't wait to hear back from corporate after their investigation.
