Spoke with one lady who is cleaning the drink machine counter, who said she didn't have any soap to put in the men's room, and to tell someone else. Their snack options and beverage choices far exceeded your typical gas station varieties. They have a small gift shop inside along with a rest area where you can even shower! The manager spent most of her time disciplining and hindering order fulfillment rather than teaching or directing her trainees. After waiting more than 20 minutes for a simple ice cream order requested a return of my money when it became obvious that production had come to a standstill. Manager couldn't believe that I would request my money back and was rude. Highly unprofessional and insulting to the trainees and customers.
