I stopped in to grab a snack and use the restroom as I had been traveling for about 2 hours and still had another 3 to go. As I walked in, I was greeted by a nice young lady asking if I was going to grab a bite to eat. After looking at the menu, I decided to this would be a good place to sample some local food before I continued on my journey. The menu had everything from pulled pork to brisket to burgers. The menu read quite well and everything sounded great. I ordered the burger and some onion rings as it just seemed like the quick and easy choice. The burger was average in both taste and sight. I would not say the burger was bad by any means it just didn't stand out from other burger places. Again, it was a good burger. The onion rings were handmade so the breading had a non mass produced frozen taste to them. They were quite good and was happy that I ordered the onion rings to go with my burger. Overall, this was a great stop with good food and a friendly staff.

I interupted the man & told him to his face i wouldn't spend a penny in here or in his store, you don't need to be rude to me or the other gentleman cause we wanted to buy a Barbecue sandwich. All you needed to say is you were closed, no need to spell it out loud or show you're a huge asshole. I'll never come to your store. Travel Center, what ever you want to call it. There will be a day when you'll beg for 2 customers to stand in line to order food from you. Keep that good Customer Service in check and it may come sooner than you think. I recommend avoiding this establishment Like the Plaque!!!!

This place was packed. The parking lot was buzzing and the spots were all full. The store had a large selection of items- as one would expect from a truck stop. The restroom is showing its age. But the dispensers were all stocked. And the floor was dry. I do prefer to hit the rest area in EastLand but I was having an emergency. So compared to the EastLand area not as good- But I'll still choose it over ANY Loves on the planet.

She left feeling singled out, embarrassed, and humiliated over a routine purchase. What makes this even more concerning is that we've heard from others who claim this isn't an isolated incident and that people of color are being asked for identification and ID scans in situations where other customers are not. If that's true, it's deeply troubling and raises serious concerns about racial profiling. Whether this was the result of poor training or intentional conduct, no customer should ever feel targeted because of the color of their skin. Businesses have a responsibility to treat every customer with fairness and respect. I sincerely hope corporate investigates this location, reviews the surveillance footage and employee conduct, and takes appropriate action if these concerns are substantiated. Until then, I cannot recommend supporting this business.
