The coffee I had consumed before starting my long day in the car chose to escape early in the trip. I had no choice but to find a place to stop. So 40 minutes in - I was out. This place was packed. The parking lot was buzzing and the spots were all full. The store had a large selection of items- as one would expect from a truck stop. The restroom is showing its age. But the dispensers were all stocked. And the floor was dry. I do prefer to hit the rest area in EastLand but I was having an emergency. So compared to the EastLand area not as good- But I'll still choose it over ANY Loves on the planet. read more

Horrible customer service. Bought this, was never given or offered a receipt. Next day, realized they were not authentic due to the logo on the handle and wanted to return. Well I called and they said I need the original receipt, I say yall never gave me one. I call customer service to find the receipt, still waiting on them to hopefully find it. Even if they do find it I can't return because it's past one week, even though I called and called within that week with no answer. Crazy to sell fake merchandise trying to pass it off as real and not offer a receipt. read more

Bathrooms were not clean. Dog park grass was too high to see my dog-granted she is a chihuahua but seriously needs lawn maintenance. Found some super cute stuff to buy. Stood in line at the counter but couldn't get anyone to check me out. When I asked I was told she wasn't checking people out but I had just watched her ring up another customer. I guess the employees were too busy talking to the manager to care for new business I'd recommend stopping somewhere else if you are driving through on 20. read more

Roadside sign along the freeway claims this truck stop has "the cleanest restrooms on I-20". So I stopped in to check it out. Yes, they were very, very clean & smelled fresh. So the restrooms are recommended from my visit. Otherwise, it's a typical truck stop well stocked with caffeine, snacks/travel food, and other essentials of the road. read more

These restrooms are revolting. I couldn't even use them. Cheaper gas by $0.20 up the road Eastbound.

This place is just huge! More pumps than you can shake a stick at as well as Tesla charging stations. A dog park for the woofers, clean bathrooms, fried pies and friendly employees make this a must stop when you need to get off the road for a bit. One word of warning though, better bring your credit card cause they have just so many cool things. Every time I turned around the wife was holding something else she wanted, looking at me like a five year old pleading for permission to buy it. I totally cracked up. So we walked out of here with a cute stuffed camel and a bedside light of fractured mosaic glass tiles. The only saving grace was that we weren't driving a truck so we wouldn't fit an entire custom made wood bar for sale out front into the car. I am not joking here. This is not one of our favorite charging stops, but it is on the way to CO and NM so we have to stop here relatively often. The bathrooms are cleanish for gas station bathrooms. The packaged selection is pretty decent, but the cooked food is awful! The pizza was so overcooked from being under the heat lamp that the crust was crispy and flaky and the toppings were so hard they could break a tooth. The fried chocolate pie was basically fried pudding with a crust that fell apart and made a mess. I've only tried the gas station good options because we tried the Denny's before and were served watery "egg whites" that were not even consumable. Also, most disappointingly, workers are not wearing masks or taking any other noticeable health precautions. Unless you have a Tesla and have to stop here or are only looking for clean bathrooms, then stop somewhere else! read more

What. A. Dump. This place is horrible. How does FlyingJ allow its name to be associated with this truck stop? First of all. The place is filthy and nothing works. The laundromat is not advised and when I enquired about it the manager said they had no control over it. Really? So you just allow another company to come in and put some awful machines in and not service them. A rip off. The Denny's was understaffed and just sad. I promise you I won't ever stop and a dealer pilot ever again. It was the most miserable experience ever. AVOID IT. go across the street or wait for the next year exit. read more

We stopped to get a fried pie at 6:30pm. They were marked with today and yesterdays dates on them. I asked for a fresh one. The man that was waiting on us was going to give us fresh ones. The snarky girl wouldn't let him. So, we will not be stopping there again. Customer service is a lost art. read more

This location is going to pay to park unless you buy fuel for all 18 wheelers, place is already expensive as hell , gas and diesel is usually 20 to 30 cents a gallon higher than the Stripes across the highway.. and guess what? Free 18 wheeler parking at the stripes... Save your money and use the Loves at exit 349 if going east or 307 if going west... read more

I can't say I typically think to review gas stations, but considering the amenities here, it deserves one. The whole place was clean, they have Tesla charging stations, and the fried pies were as good as the other reviewers claimed. As far as rest stops go, this one is about as good as it gets unless you get into mega-stops like Buc-ee's. read more

Dont visit the location in Cisco Tx. I sat at the food counter for five minutes waiting my turn. A lady came up who worked there and asked the guy next to me what he wanted. I informed her that I was next in line. She informed me that she had waited on him at the check out and she was closing his ticket so he would get served first. Place needs an attendant for serving food only. I walked out in disgust and frustration. I went across the street to Stripes and spent my $45 in gas and bought my lunch there. I had an alarming thought when I left Flying J. The rude lady had just been working the cashier with money in her hands. She walked right up to serve food without washing her hands. Apparently cleanliness and proper food handling is not a main concern for this location. Do yourself a favor and go across the street for much better service. Zero Stars read more

This is one of the best flying J's to be shut down at. Showers are big enough to fit a dozen people, water pressure is amazing, and bathroom is immaculate! Food is all fresh at the hot bar if you go in at 6am or 6pm or anytime in between. Pizza is delicious! But the fried pie, omg the fried pies. If we are here for more than a day I'm going to have to find a gym. The staff is super friendly. This is one of my favorites from now on!! read more

Easy enough to get to from the interstate. Facility was clean and we'll stocked. Parking lot was large enough to accommodate our 25 foot travel trailer, so that was good. However, they don't accept Good Sam reward cards. We specifically stopped there because of this and were disappointed. read more

This place was our favorite stop between San Angelo and Dallas for many years. Unfortunately, during the COVID pandemic they've lost our business. The staff here doesn't wear masks or enforce it for their patrons. Not only that but because it's a large convenience store and gas station, it is always busy so social distancing is impossible. Even the staff who grab the pies from the case don't have any kind of protection. Such a shame the management doesn't care about the safety of their patrons or staff. My husband was even made fun of for insisting to be helped by the one cashier who happened to be wearing a mask. read more

I gave this place one star because the women's bathrooms were disgusting. A whole roll of toilet paper in the toilet. One bathroom had pee all over the floor. I went in one and the rolls were all over the floor instead of put in the dispensary. And what got me the most is there were no soap. The soap bottles just had water filled in them with barely any soap in it. A worker came in even said "ew" and used the bathroom. This same worker came out and touched food to give to a guy and I just kept thinking about the improper soap bottles and she barely got her hands clean. The bathrooms were filthy. My boyfriend said the guys were bad too but not as bad as the women's from what I told him. read more
