The young girl that worked in there was still rude, a sign of the youth today. The older lady working the counter was a very personable and nice individual and said hello back with a smile. The older generation was just raised with more manners. The store was not that clean on the inside, a little messy. Getting in and out of the parking lot was simple and there were plenty of gas pumps and parking. This was way better experience now that the construction is done. I would stop here again, although I will stay away from the young kid with an attitude.

I was originally using AmeriGas, but after days of trying, I couldn't get a single service tech to come out and help. Out of desperation, I started calling local propane companies -- and thank goodness I reached Direct Propane in Del Valle. The woman I spoke with was incredibly kind and said she could have someone out the same day. She made no promises about a same‑day fix, only that the tech would diagnose the issue. An hour later, Josh Harvey arrived, and everything changed. Josh discovered that a large amount of water had flooded my gas line. Not only did he diagnose the problem quickly, but he spent hours manually draining water from every appliance's gas hub. This was tedious, messy, and absolutely above-and-beyond work -- yet he never hesitated. He even repaired my propane tank gauge at no additional cost. For the amount of labor, time, and care Josh put in, the final cost was shockingly reasonable. I was expecting a huge bill, but Direct Propane was more than fair. I'm not just pleased -- I'm ecstatic. It's rare these days to find someone willing to tackle such a big problem for a complete stranger, but Josh did it with professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication. This company has unsafe drivers on the road!! This company actually had debris come out from the…read moreback of its truck on a highway and hit my car breaking my windshield and they are actually telling me that can happen to anywhere at anytime. The fact the fact of the matter is it didn't.. the fact of the matter is one of their drivers and it probably just isn't one driver is driving around unsafely with the back of his truck not secured so debris is flying out of the back of these trucks which can kill somebody on the highway and this company is taking no responsibility for my now broken windshield .. Update my entire windshield needs to be replaced now due to this company's negligence on the highway.
