I called this business and they were so kind and empathetic, and told me they couldn't promise me it could be fixed same day, but to bring it down and they would do their best. The owner, Todd, helped me when I arrived and even offered to drive me back to work. They quickly let me know what the issue was, and gave me a quote over the phone and there were no surprises and no attempts to sell me anything additional. Before installing the replacement rim, we took the car to a tire shop to get new tires. There was nothing wrong with the original rim that was on the car. We had lost a weight that balanced the tire, causing the shimmy. We never returned to Audi in Columbia.
