The quality of the food went down, and the staff got rude. Even for something as simple as asking for a receipt got eye rolls and attitude. The food was often cold , didn't taste right and my order was incorrect. This started Mid October 2025 and my last visit was January 2026. At first I thought it was the new staff getting used to the restaurant but when the issues continued and I saw no improvement I decided to mark this location off my list and avoid it altogether. There is no quality control at this location so my recommendation is to avoid this location and try a different one. I have never had an issue with the Lexington or Newberry stores.
