I reserved a Uhaul for a different location, my pick up location was switched to this gas station…read more I went to pick it up and the total was significantly higher than my reservation. I pointed this out to the person who was helping me and he tried to tell me that it must be because the reservation location was changed. I showed him that my reservation had updated to reflect his location and still had the lower price. He got defensive and told me, it's not his fault, he can't do anything about it and I had to call Uhaul to get a refund. I didn't have a lot of choices so I paid the higher amount and decided to call customer service after I left. The next day I went to pull up my reservation to confirm the drop off location and it said that my original reservation had been cancelled, nobody I spoke to at Uhaul could explain why it had been cancelled but they agreed that it might be why the rate was different. Uhaul customer service was very helpful, they did give me a refund for the difference in the rate, but my experience at this location was terrible. The next time I need a rental I will literally go anywhere else even if it means paying more for mileage.

I again let her know that this is not the right number and she proceeds to tell me that she is going to just call the police. I have never visited this place and from the nasty phone call I received I will NEVER visit or encourage others. I hope that in the future your staff calling random people will fact check their information before calling people and threatening them with the police.

Possible Card Skimmers - Be Careful…read more I stopped at this gas station because it's the last one before the highway. Everything seemed normal at first--the clerk was acting like any typical store employee. When I went to pay, I tried to tap my card, but it wasn't working. The clerk immediately told me the machine wasn't broken and that I needed to insert my card instead. That raised a small concern for me. I went back to my car to grab a different card and tried tap to pay again, but it still wouldn't work. When I mentioned that the machine might not be functioning properly, the clerk suddenly became very aggressive and upset, insisting I insert the card. After my card finally went through, the clerk became even angrier and tried to kick me out, even though I was already leaving. The reaction seemed very unusual just for pointing out a possible issue with the payment machine. Because of how strongly he pushed for card insertion instead of tap, and how aggressively he reacted when I questioned it, it honestly made me uncomfortable. I'm canceling my cards just to be safe. If you stop here, I'd recommend paying with cash. Also be aware that the staff seemed very rude to multiple customers while I was there.

Getting fuel here is a task. The lot is always congested. Especially since it feels like truck stop gas station. Being positioned where it is, and them trying to pack in as much as they could in this strip of land, it is almost impossible to move about without getting stuck in congestion. The pumps are always busy. It may take some time to get one, and you never know which way a person is going to pull into one of the pumps. It is interesting to see how people are oblivious to everything around them. Inside, it is set up like your traditional convenience store. However, smelling like Subway bread the whole time in here. Service inside is not always the best. I found it to be interesting that they would always find a way to run from behind the counter when they see you coming towards it. Or they would simply turn their backs to you. Once one of them finally realizes you are there, it can be a bit congested like it is outside. I think they purposefully leave the one register down because to cater to those seeking lottery tickets. My favorite part here, the display case with all the plastic food that they may have available. Not only is there a Subway inside, but you get your selection of the 7-11 fare.

I try to be nice but this irks me!…read more I only stop at this 7-11 for gas when I am desperate. Guess why? They hardly EVER have receipt paper at their gas pumps! I am a receipt keeper and scanner. I want a paper receipt. No paper means I have to walk inside and ask for the receipt. This happens 9 times out of 10.. The line is often long so I have to wait in line to ask for what should be available at the pump. Why ask me if I want a printed receipt at the pump and not have it? It is a very simple thing. I am hoping the owner/ manager sees this and fixed it. I have asked nicely several times about this. Rant over. Nice Angie is back.
