Either way they completely skipped over one of the bathrooms, Didn't even vacuums parts of some rooms, for example there was a pair of shore in the corner of one room and they were just vacuumed around, its something had to be moved (no matter how small it was just skipped over). Oh, and did I mention they didn't even bring their own vacuum they had to use mine? No dusting was done, fan blades all still covered in dust, no baseboards or corners cleaned no matter how accessible. They say they will wipe down microwave inside and out and cabinet faces, didnt do that, didnt even clean some parts of the counter around my coffee machine. Id break it down to I paid someone almost $150/hr to use my vacuum to do a bare minimum clean that I probably do a few times a week. I reached out and told them i was dissatisfied with my service, provided photos and video of all of the issues they apologized and said they would refund me, so I waited and then the refund never came, I reached back out and they said it should be 7-10 days for the refund to come and it still never came. That was close to a month ago now. I'd would suggest quite literally anyone else. 0 out of 10.

Being the hectic moving day that it was, we didn't look at the corner baseboards like we should have. I noticed there was an abcene amount of dog hair from the previous owners that did not get picked up. The company called later that day to see how the service went. We told them what we found. After contacting the technician that came out, he admitted to not even vacuuming before steam cleaning. He came back out to vaccum what he missed. A week later, we did another through vacuuming on our own and the picture posted is what we pulled from just one pass of our small little vacuum.

When technician Ben Skopp arrived, he asked if I had pets and mentioned a flea treatment for $105. It was never explained that this was an ADDITIONAL charge or that my total would suddenly become $289. I did not authorize that amount. After the cleaning, I contacted the company multiple times to dispute the charge and ask for a corrected invoice. Instead of addressing the issue directly, Office Manager Jenn Bartee repeatedly told me to "work it out" with my property manager -- even though I was the customer who scheduled and approved the service. I later learned Ben contacted my landlord directly and made inaccurate comments about there being an "odor" in one of the rooms. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I attempted to resolve this calmly and professionally through email and was ignored for days at a time while the company avoided answering the actual billing dispute. If you use this company, get every charge in writing before the appointment starts.

Ground-in greasy stains everywhere, black dirt trails in the high traffic lanes, and some dog tinkle in a few small places. Some other company had allegedly worked on it beforehand, but it didn't look like they had made any difference. We chose Chem-Dry because we liked their natural/nontoxic soaps, and also because they don't flood the carpet with gallons of water. It's berber, so we wanted to keep the water to minimum. Everyone we spoke with at Chem-Dry was super nice. They arrived on time the next morning. They were friendly, organized, and professional. It was a fun, comfortable afternoon with some great guys who truly seemed to care. They stayed for a long time until they got it perfect. Our carpet was dry by next morning, and the stains did not return. Here we were thinking the carpet had to be trashed, but Chem-Dry literally saved it, good as new. It was absolutely worth every dollar.
