Instead of communicating when he realized he didn't need us, he waited until the exact moment I showed up at the job site to tell me I was no longer needed. That level of disregard for someone else's time and planning is unacceptable. To make matters worse, his crew's work ethic was terrible. His employees did a half-assed job and left most of the real work to my team. On top of that, one of his workers was openly smoking what appeared to be PCP/K2 right on the job site--in full view of others, including the project manager. That is not only unprofessional, it's unsafe. Between the lack of communication, broken promises, wasted time, and completely inappropriate on-site behavior, I would never recommend subcontracting with this company or trusting them on a professional project. They also said that someone brought garbage bags back in and dumped them. The tenant denied this allegation. This tenant deserves to receive part of his $600 back. He is older and has little money. This is appalling.
