I scheduled one for a week in advance, when I would be in town next. I attempted to verify over the phone for 3 days - prior to the appointment. I even drove to his business site the day before to confirm my appointment. I would have to drive 30 minutes to their store and wanted to be sure of the times. There was no answer by phone until after my appointment time, and then when he finally answered the phone, he said I missed it and would need to reschedule. It's hard to do business this way. They have no answering machine or workers to help. Maybe he's too busy to answer the phone and do the work himself, I'm not sure. But if you had a problem with his service, he's obviously too busy to get to you right away.

We reached out to Radioactive for a quote and the owner, Shaun, got back to us right away. We were given a day to make an appointment and an estimate for the work to be done. They were booking about 2 weeks out, which was fine for us. The night before our appointment, Shaun called me and confirmed that we were coming. The next day, we arrived and the car was quickly taken in. We decided to wait at the shop, as there is a small waiting area with about three chairs. We could see why they were booking out, people after people came in looking for parts and/or dropping off their cars. It took a little bit longer than expected, but we were totally fine with that. The results were fantastic and we couldn't be happier. Everything was run through the car and there are zero wires showing. They were able to hook it up straight to the battery with the fuses kit we purchased. Highly recommend the team at Radioactive for anything car audio related. Also found out they do tinting in both carbon and ceramic, remote starts, alarms, custom subwoofer enclosures, and custom LED lighting. And even better, they offer a lifetime warranty on installation labor and tinting.
