$2500 was my quote on a "simple same color/no special need on color effects & no body work at all"…read more- there's NO way I'm paying that when I can get the same for $700 elsewhere - yet, still in town & by the same place that's done work for me in the past ... I understand offering 2 coats, etc. - but, that's not what I needed. This was a simple job & I was willing to give a new spot a chance. Just not for this price ... hopefully tax season helps them out - as they said "it's a tax season discount" - best of luck - genuinely!! I work too hard for my $$$ to give it away like that, is all.

Not sure that's the real reason, but that's what they said. Offered to pay 1/2 up front, Refused. Brought my car in about 10am and got a written estimate. When I came back around 1pm, they had changed their mind. Not even a courtesy call before I drove in from Talbotton. That's my experience, hope yours is better.

They were indeed SUPER and had the needed truck and equipment available. With absolutely amazing customer service and EXPERT tow truck maneuvering, Steven had my car picked up and towed less than 10 minutes after arrival. I would highly recommend SNAP'S SUPER SHOP for any towing need, but most certainly if you're stuck broken down in a parking garage!

I never could drive my truck anywhere without having to get it towed. Each time that I would call to see if my truck was repaired, I was told your truck is ready and good to go. Everytime I had to take my truck back or get it towed back to their shop. I had paid about $4-5 thousand dollars totally to Innovative Automotive and ended up having to take my truck to another garage to get it fixed properly which ended up in costing me an additional about $5-6 thousand dollars for another engine. Consumers should be very cautious, careful and think five times before taking your vehicle to this shop for any type of repairs.
